Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Perrier

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

One of the best experiences! Beautiful city, the apartment is wonderful... bright and super beds Comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

A night reserved to take a simple break on the journey. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented many apartments, I have rarely seen this, especially in this budget. In addition, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to be very quickly settled. Thanks again, and see you soon!

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. This accommodation is perfect in every way! It is beautiful, superbly decorated, very clean, pleasant, new, well-equipped and maintained, quiet, very pleasant and functional! Our hosts are discreet and very friendly! You have a nice place to park, a sunny garden with no neighbors, a summer kitchen with a nice plancha, a competition jacuzzi... just enough to delight you!!!

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.
