House holiday rentals in Le Pellerin

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

The house is perfect, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and really impeccably clean (I'm a cleanliness maniac, so I can attest to that😁). We were very well received by Yolaine (concierge), the instructions were clear. The scorching temperatures of this month of June allowed us to enjoy the pool! The neighborhood is ultra quiet and for having toured the island by bike it is by far our favorite, ideally located between the port and Noirmoutier in the island for shops and entertainment. A small supermarket and a very nice restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. The nearby beach is also great. We'll be happy to go back😊!

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

Charming house right on the riverbank in Clisson - can see the weir and the river from every window! The house is spotlessly clean with very comfy beds and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. We had a great stay and there’s even an amazing riverbank beer/wine garden next door.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Beautifully renovated historic house in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre of Pornic. Lovely garden and lots of toys for our kids to enjoy. Catherine met us and showed us around, left us some nice treats and responded quickly and helpfully to any messages. Highly recommended!

The cottage is very easily accessible and close to all amenities. The renovation is quality and we find everything we need...and more (we think of the local farmers' store and the personal production of Nathalie and David about fifty meters away) No need to run to the nearby supermarket to organize her meals. The welcome and kindness as well as the availability are required, the homemade fruit basket offered on arrival is an example. Thank you for this stay that makes you love getaways and meetups.

We arrived in total, autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this beautiful estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens ( thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it changes us from our downtown habit. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son . The place met our expectations as in the photos (moreover better in real terms than in photos! ) highly recommend you to future occupants! Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

The location of Ker Andree is great. You immediately get into the French way of life with the baguette in the morning. A beautiful area to live on the Jade Coast. The endless possibilities of trying out different bays round off the whole experience. You have everything you could need in the village and also large supermarkets nearby. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and more. You feel right at home. Everything inside is great and clean. Isabelle is extremely friendly. Contact with Louis-Xavier is always quick and very nice. It's also great that a washing machine/dryer is available. The weather was great and we were very satisfied with the fans. One of the best houses we've met so far. Thanks very much.

Accommodation perfectly matches the description and photos. The instructions were clear and we were able to park easily. The accommodation is located in a quiet street. The little atmosphere from our arrival, music, candles, was very pleasant. Impeccable cleanliness. Great Jacuzzi, huge bathroom, everything is tastefully decorated... in short, everything was perfect!! We would recommend it without hesitation

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - in fact we were sorry to leave! It was so quiet and great to park the car next to it. It has everything you need and the decor was lovely. Very convenient for some great beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Anne-Sophie’s place - the cottage is so beautiful and comfortable and it was set up so well for an infant. Our daughter also loved the chickens and goats!
