I had a pleasant stay in Smail's studio. Very well-equipped, clean, with functional air conditioning — which is really appreciable in the hot weather of the South. I highly recommend it! I contacted him several times for information, and he was always available and responsive. Although we are in the city center, we can barely hear the traffic. There are also many restaurants, a park and several bakeries, all within walking distance. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very pleasant stay, charming and responsive hostess. The apartment was in impeccable condition, Mylène is attentive and takes care of it personally. What a contrast to other dubious housing! Comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, it is located on the ground floor so very easy to access even loaded with a large suitcase. Close to the train station and the city center, so well suited to my work stay. Many shops and restaurants very close, this accommodation perfectly met my expectations. Thank you Mylène!

Very clean, well-equipped apartment in a very pleasant environment with everything you need in the surrounding area on foot. Very good bedding, small terrace in the shade, very pleasant in the heat. Mrs. Sylvie is very welcoming, kind, proactive and always gives good advice even when it is not about her accommodation I would highly recommend When I return to Agen, I will not fail to rent from her again Thanks for your hospitality.

Great welcome from Lévis, everything matches the listing, very quiet. We stayed there for 2 nights, nothing to say. Don't hesitate!

We stayed for a week and felt comfortable, very relaxed and really safe in Agen. Marion is a great host. All communications with her were easy, speedy, sensitive and accurate. Although the apartment is in an historic, quiet quarter of Agen, it has all modern conveniences that makes living there simple. It’s easy walking, just five minutes, into the town centre where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Also a short walk in the opposite direction and you’ll find the beautiful Garonne river with walks along the banks and the Agen section of the Canal de Garonne, which also has a lovely towpath section for easy walking across the spectacular aqueduct. Don’t miss the little cafe, ‘ La Guinguette’ at the lock 34, ideal for a cold beer on a hot day.

Anthonys place was in an ideal peaceful location. Kitchen/dining area to a lovely terrace overlooking the river, a sunroom and bedroom on the level below. A Boulangerie just around the corner, a very relaxing location. The apartment had everything that you would require. We've stayed in many apartments across France over the years and this is up there with the best. Thats even whilst sadly going through a London detox during our visit.

I will not hesitate to return to this accommodation, which is very functional with discreet and charming owners, see you soon I hope

Very nice apartment, very clean, the host is very welcoming and very responsive, very clear explanation for collecting the keys I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming studio. So peacefully tucked away and with beautiful views, especially sunrises and sunsets! Laurent was kind enough to pick us and our groceries up in Moissac - everything was very smooth and easy.

Accommodation in a peaceful environment. All instructions were clear, including those for video equipment. We found on the table a basket containing all the essentials for breakfast. As well as a small chilled champagne. We had a great time.

Hello to all travelers. If you want to have a very good weekend or a day to relax, I highly recommend this very nice apartment with its sauna and jacuzzi. This is the second time I've come and every time I don't want to leave. My wife and I will come as soon as possible. Good location, easy access and very close to the city center. 100% I give my opinion for one of the best apartments in the region. You will not regret your stay. See you soon, Sonia. We'll be back.
