Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Paquier

This was our first experience of both Annecy and Airbnb but thanks to Jean Christophe it won’t be our last. The apartment was in pristine condition, with lots of space and had everything you could possibly need for a great stay in Annecy. The location was perfect, a short walk to the central bus /train station and the lake too .We have no hesitation in recommending this great apartment. Thank you Jean Christophe!

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

We , 3 guests, had a comfortable stay at the place. It is very roomy and clean. The location is very central in the middle of the old town. Check-in could be more smoother if they had communicated earlier how we would get the keys or codes to get into the apartment. I was a kind of confused and did not get any clue until less than 24 hours before arriving and after pushing hard. Other than that, we did have a good stay there.

Nice, cozy, small apartment, we liked everything, I recommend it for accommodation in Annecy. This apartment is suitable for 2 people. We were with 2 more children, it was cramped with the sofa disassembled in the living room. Check-in is convenient - via a keybox. The apartment is on the third floor under the roof, the staircase is narrow and steep. Despite the hot weather and the lack of air conditioning, we were comfortable. The apartment is well ventilated if you open all the windows. There is a shopping center with Zara, H&M, and a large supermarket nearby. Close to the railway station, 10-15 minutes' walk to the center. There is a private parking lot and a dedicated parking space on the territory near the house, it was very convenient for us.

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great! Sandrine was extremely attentive and quick to respond. Only inconvenience was having to take off all the linen and put away all the dishes once cleaned and taking out the garbage, not a big deal, just time consuming. So make sure to begin check out with enough time, especially if you have a flight to catch.

Very nice apartment in the old town of Annecy. Back porch looked out over stream. Quiet and comfortable. What we liked: Location, comfort, main bathroom was very large, modern, and clean, kitchen appliances with coffee/tea/honey, steel door entrance for safety. Things to consider: no a/c but fans provided, third bedroom attached by quick step outside, unable to lock outside door of house that connects to 3rd bedroom or 3rd bedroom itself but would be very challenging for someone to reach these areas from the ground, 3rd bedroom with low ceiling. If you’re looking for the silverware drawer, it above the wine glasses in a hidden drawer. Overall excellent apartment. I’d highly recommend as long as it’s not too hot outside.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and as described. The directions to find the key are good and it is close to the accommodation. The apartment is a few steps from the lake and not far from the historic center! Owners were responsive, helpful, and enjoyable. In addition, they provide great ideas for things to do during the stay. Good experience, thanks for everything:)

We were hosted very well by Isabelle! The house is very nice and the location peaceful. We had a great time , I would recommend it without hesitation.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Carine and her husband were incredible. Really perfect, attentive, kind and funny hosts. Very accommodating. Thank you to them. We had a great weekend. the accommodation was perfect, clean, tidy, functional. everything is new. really it was a very pleasant weekend. I recommend this place 1000% without hesitation. next to an artificial lake with garden made by volunteers. close to Annecy. a treat. everything perfect

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
