Holiday rentals with lake access in Le Paquier

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

An unforgettable stay in a real corner of paradise. The house is so well located, you don't believe it, you think you're on a private beach, just beautiful (and very quiet!) We return home, rested, refreshed, thank you to Dominique for hosting us.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Marine welcomed us with a big smile. She answered all our questions about things to see or do in the area. Nice surprise when we entered the apartment, it was cool, the advantage of old stone houses. The interior is cozy and very lovely. We quickly felt good. The basket of syrups and the bottle of wine made us very happy. Couldn't heat up the Finnish bath, it was so hot in the sun, but it was very good, it refreshed us. Thank you very much, Marine. See you later.

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. A very beautiful house with top-notch comfort and impeccable cleanliness Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very responsive and pleasant people. I can't wait to go back

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The apartment was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos! It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect, with stunning views overlooking the canal. Highly recommended!

Really nice place very close to Lake Annecy. Right in the center of lake activity, a lot of street noise our first night there which was a Sunday night but then settled down. Elevator inside building a big plus when transporting luggage. No street parking so parked in parking lot two blocks from apartment as instructed and was reimbursed by rental management very promptly. Large bed also a plus!

Véronique is very welcoming and very accommodating on schedules. The accommodation is small but ideally arranged and above all very well located.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and as described. The directions to find the key are good and it is close to the accommodation. The apartment is a few steps from the lake and not far from the historic center! Owners were responsive, helpful, and enjoyable. In addition, they provide great ideas for things to do during the stay. Good experience, thanks for everything:)

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay at James's. The house is very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable. The garden is great, with deck chairs, shade and beautiful plants. On the other side of the house is a terrace. When it is very hot outside, it remains pleasantly cool in the house. The area is very quiet and good to relax. There are direct possibilities for hiking. To swim at the lake you drive about 15 min. James and his wife are great hosts. We felt right at home. Thank you for the wonderful time.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – furnished with love, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
