Holiday rentals with a patio in Le Paquier

An enchanting place to stay - would love to stay longer next time.

Beautiful apartment that gives the feeling of having its own chalet with a beautiful south facing terrace facing the slopes of Boissonnet. Very nice living space, extremely well equipped kitchen (rarely seen so many dishes in an Airbnb rental), comfortable bedding. Access to the village in 10-15mn on foot or with free bus service. Note that with young children walking, you have to walk 5 minutes by the road to get to the boissonnet roundabout; which is not very comfortable. Great rental, we had a great time.

Martin is eminently friendly and responsive. The accommodation is warm and thoughtfully decorated, it has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We enjoyed our host's little touches: a bottle of wine upon our arrival, small lights that nicely decorate the apartment and the cottage at night, a nice view of the mountain. We spent a week with our two young children for the winter sports vacation. La Clusaz station is accessible by car 10 min away, and there is also a shuttle bus. Hiking departures are behind the cottage. All the necessary shops are nearby by car, and activities like farms to visit and good local restaurants. We recommend!!!

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

Great stay in this studio. We came during the Annecy festival and the calm that reigned there was very pleasant in comparison to the effervescence of the festival. The small outdoor terrace is also very nice for breakfast. The Studio is true to the photos. Thanks again for your stay!

Very pleasant welcome, responsive and very friendly host, very clean apartment, very well equipped, neat decor, the land and the view are real assets, lots of activity in the area. I recommend Tranquility without hesitation!!

Thank you to all the team at the Savoyard barn who received us in the best conditions! The accommodation is at least as beautiful as shown in the photos, large enough to accommodate 4 people, and was also very clean upon arrival. We also really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered, both for their quality and by the quantities offered! We won't hesitate to return 😊

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Very good stay at Fabienne's. The accommodation is spacious and very functional with a pleasant exterior. Very easily accessible (the +: the possibility of parking several cars in the courtyard)

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes, including a tandem, are available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

Pleasant stay in this nice little accommodation renovated with great taste!! The best thing about this accommodation is the availability of bicycles and the proximity to the city and the lake. Until next time, I think !!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area
