Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Paquier

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison. Le lieu est impeccable et conforme à la description. Sandrine et Didier ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, adorables, disponibles et très flexibles sur les horaires. Le maison est suffisamment excentrée pour être très paisible et suffisamment proche du centre pour tout faire à pied. Je recommande chaleureusement ce joli coin de verdure!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle ! La maison est très agréable et l'emplacement paisible. Nous avons passé un super séjour , je recommande sans hésitation.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Très bon séjours chez Fabienne. Le logement est spacieux et très fonctionnel avec un extérieur agréable. Très facilement accessible (le + : la possibilité de garer plusieurs voiture dans la cour)

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré et propre. La communication avec Leïla et Jeremy est très fluide et ils sont réactifs. Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Erics superschöner Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt und viele außergewöhnliche Details. Ländliches, ruhiges Quartier, schöne Spaziergänge warten gleich vor der Haustür. Ich freue mich sehr, dass wir auf der Rückreise noch einmal bei Eric übernachten werden.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l’appartement qui est fait avec goût, tres bien équipé et spacieux. Chrystelle est une hote accueillante, disponible et tres sympathique. La vue est splendide et la petite terrasse tres appréciable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Beautiful view, from the living room, the main sleeping room and of course the terrace. Every evening dining with the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains in front. The highlight for us. Location wise: Less than a block away from the bicicle trail that goes around the lake, and about 3 blocks from a nice small beach of grass. Right behind the house there is a bike rental place with friendly people and a restaurant. The apartment has fantastic blinds that blackout completely the morning sun, so you can sleep way past the sun is up and shining. The spaces were ample for 5 people. One negative point was the awfully slow Wi-Fi, maybe a plus if you want to "disconnect" from the world. I did get good 5G though. The only thing that needs attention: on warm days the sleeping rooms can become unbearably hot if not managed well. We needed to ventilate the whole upper floor to cool down for the night. And one day we had to setup the AC in the master room. We'll certainly return

Sopkie is a great and welcoming host, who provides a smooth and flexible check in experience, this home has a lot of character with stunning panoramic views of Lake Como and exquisite furniture also fully stocked with everything we could possibly need during the stay

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
