Allan was the greatest host we could have asked for. He was there straight away when we needed him. The house is beautiful, we all really enjoyed our stay! Shame the weather was too cold to use the pool! Thanks for having us

Coming for the we LeMans Classic, we were seduced by its location: close to the circuit (less than 10 minutes by car in the middle of the rush) without the noise inconveniences, while being close to old Le Mans. Excellent we doubled from the Plein Champ festival.... which you can see a few frescoes a few steps from the place! Virginia's welcome was perfect and very nice: discreet and very smiling, she loves her city and sharing it. It was a pleasure to stay with her home .

We were delighted with our stay in Pierre's pleasant apartment, tastefully decorated! Pierre is very welcoming, accommodating and responsive! Very quiet place!

Successful family weekend, thanks in part to Ludivine's house! Self check-in with very clear instructions. The house was clean and the beds made upon arrival. The 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are a good advantage. The house has everything you need to accommodate a large number of people. The house is close to the port and Super U. The historic center is about a 20/30 minute walk. The host is very responsive when needed. We had a pleasant time in this house!

Very good stay at Marie-Noëlle's, the house is large and quiet with a very beautiful garden. Beautiful village to visit with the Château de Sainte-Suzanne. We will gladly return if we pass through the area.

My family and I stayed at Jean-Michel's house during our first visit to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. We felt at home: impeccable cleanliness, tasteful furnishings and equipped with everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Jean-Michel also gave us directions to an alternative parking lot that was perfect for our needs. I recommend this great accommodation to everyone: we can't wait to come back next year!

Very nice house where the living is good. The subtle decoration, spacious living spaces and games/toys available are real pluses for a family vacation. The house is ideally located for visiting Angers while remaining very peaceful. Nicolas and his family are in addition to all this very nice.

Very pretty house full of charm in the heart of the medieval city of Sainte Suzanne and Chammes. A house decorated with great taste, mixing the old and the contemporary. The kitchen is very functional with an adjoining room for the washing machine and dryer. 3-storey house with a very beautiful oak staircase. A toilet on each floor. 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds on the 2nd floor and its private bathroom. Very good bedding. A nice little enclosed garden with a gas barbecue and a nice swing. Everything was great, I recommend this place 100%. Lots of board games and comics

We came as a family over 4 days to attend the 24 hours of Le Mans. The price of the accommodation was attractive compared to others for less good services. Fabrice was present before, during, and after our stay. We were greeted by his Father for the inventory and key exchange and there a real Happiness. He gave us plenty of information about parties, how to get there by car or transport, shops, restaurants etc...at the top! Fabrice heard from us during the stay, which is always nice. Listing is as described, clean, nice, and quiet. We recommend it without hesitating!! Thanks again to Fabrice and his Father for this warm welcome

Very nice and very quiet house close to the city center of Nogent le Rotrou. The back yard is really a plus. The house is extremely cozy . In short, a place I recommend for wandering and visiting this beautiful region of Perche.

Olivier is responsive to the slightest question. The apartment is well arranged. The shower is a little small. It is easy to park. We always manage to find a place in the street or nearby. The place is also quiet so the stay was pleasant.

Yves is very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean and consistent with the photos: very functional, bright! Note that it is very nice to have a small outdoor area. If you come by car there are free streets right next to the accommodation.
