Thank you so much for hosting us. The apartment is ideally located for anyone who wants to come to the 24H of Le Mans because the circuit is easily accessible by foot, which avoids taking the Tram (believe me, at 2am in the rain, you don't feel like waiting for the tram)

I stayed for the 24 hours of Le Mans race, and this was a great location, close to the tram and only a few stops to the track.

Small feet on the ground ideal for a visit to Le Mans, on a short stay. Responsive host. I recommend it.

Ideally located accommodation. Everything is on foot (bakery, market on Saturday, caterer, etc.) large parking lot in front of the accommodation on the ground floor. Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

We had a wonderful time at Damien's place. From the start, we feel at home and have all the necessary amenities. Ideally located, the accommodation is close to the 24-hour circuit (15 min walk) and the tram that allows you to reach the city center.

Great space, secure private residence. Refurbished, fully equipped, TV projector consoles all streaming available. And in season, the pool. What more is needed for this price
