Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Mans

House was perfect and quiet, Host was amazing, easy to get in touch with, and made us feel welcome when staying. Will definitely book again.

If we could give 10 stars we would! This was one of the best places we stayed in our 3 weeks in France. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. It was impossible to stop taking photos! The home was impeccable with modern furnishings combined with the old. Bedding and towels high quality and smelled amazing. But the best part was the warm and personal welcome by Philippe, Sylvie and their daughter. Although we don’t speak French fluently, we were able to communicate and they shared information about their property, showed us around, introduced us to their dog, cat and 2 donkeys. They ensured we were comfortable and were flexible with check in and check out. It felt like we were being welcomed to their home, which was so special as visitors from Canada. We had a memorable stay and were sad we had to leave after only one night. Lovely country drive to the Le Mans circuit. Hopefully one day we can visit again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation, we highly recommend it! We had an excellent time in this green setting in which we were very well received by a warm, available and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and functional. The pool area is generously filled with various and varied accessories that delighted young and old 😊 Thanks to our hosts!

What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. We felt like we were on vacation as soon as we arrived. Nothing is missing. Just put the suitcases down. The land is well fenced, my dog was able to live his little life. We didn't see the owners but the communication was perfect. We plan to return there one day.

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

The cottage is pleasantly decorated , and soothing. Coming for a short stay join family nearby , we only "tested" the bedding (excellent) and the bathroom (superb and functional). If the Kitchen is well equipped with appliances, crockery and utensils, as far as we are concerned we only use the coffee maker and the refrigerator (the change of which is announced because it has run its time). Come back? no problem if the opportunity arises

Laure and Julien were very responsive. Upon entering the accommodation, you can feel the hosts' concern to welcome you. The accommodation is clean and warm. The courtyard view of the room is very pleasant and provides a quiet environment for sleeping. The bedding is of good quality. The kitchenette is functional. Basic food is available, which is very pleasant after a long trip. I highly recommend Laure and Julien's accommodation. I look forward to returning to your accommodation if I have to come back to Angers.

Second stay in the space of a month. Very happy to have stayed there again. There is calm for rest and work while being close to the hyper center. I'll be back. A big point made on the pleasant welcome that was given each time. i highly recommend it

Cedric is a very welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. With a very loaded vehicle, we appreciated the proximity of a guarded parking lot for the modest sum of €3 per night. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue but the bedroom that overlooks the courtyard is very quiet. We made all our trips on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Angers.

I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect: the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing, the massage chair pure happiness, the ultra comfortable king size bed, and the air conditioning very appreciable. The welcome was warm, professional and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home, but better! I recommend it blindly and will be happy to come back. Again, thank you for this great experience!

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house.
