Great stay in Le Mans! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. The welcome was warm and everything went very well from start to finish. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very, very nice. Modern and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet. The balcony allowed us to enjoy the sweetness of the evenings. Christophe is very nice and responsive. We had a very good stay and I highly recommend this accommodation. Parking is a big advantage because it is not so easy to park. We had a great time at this second apartment in Alexis and perfect as the first . It is not only very spacious and bright, but also perfectly equipped — everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality bedding, and the neat decoration brings a real warm touch. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. The host is also very responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend it without hesitation, and would definitely stay again!

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

Great stay! The owner is very responsive, available and accommodating — we were late (1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night) and he still welcomed us warmly. He also took the time to prepare personalized recommendations for us, which he had tested himself, which was a big plus. Very nice and flexible on arrival and departure times. The apartment was faithful to the photos: clean, quiet, well located (right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood). A really good experience. We recommend it!

Jean Louis' apartment matches the description. It is ideally located with the old town within walking distance in 10 minutes. Located in a well-insulated residence, quiet room at the back of the building. Communication with Jean Louis was easy. We'll be happy to go back

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

The proximity of the circuit is perfect, we do everything on foot and there is the tram to go to the city center. All while enjoying the pool to have a good time. that's great. We had a wonderful time at Damien's place. From the start, we feel at home and have all the necessary amenities. Ideally located, the accommodation is close to the 24-hour circuit (15 min walk) and the tram that allows you to reach the city center.

Great space, secure private residence. Refurbished, fully equipped, TV projector consoles all streaming available. And in season, the pool. What more is needed for this price

Axelle always makes us feel welcome. He responds to messages very quickly. The bed is comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Hopefully we will be staying again later in the year.

Thank you for the very nice stay. We stayed there for two nights, which we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, also the play opportunities for our three-year-old daughter in the large garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We would highly recommend. What a great city!
