The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

What to say except thank you! Thank you to Petra and her husband for their hospitality, kindness, and the care with which they respond to the needs of their visitors. We came with my daughter to this region that we know very well. This is the first time in 15 years of Airbnb rentals that we have found such a functional accommodation. To go into detail, there is even a jewelry holder in the bathroom, clothes racks. Petra and her husband's love of nature is also a delight, the garden is superb. There is even a compost bin... We will return to this accommodation with great pleasure because everything is designed for the well-being of travelers and to make the stay the best possible. A place for the car, the host who opens the gate for you when you leave… We loved it! Thank you very much 🌱☀️

We had a very good stay at Bernadette's. She is very welcoming and available if we have a problem or question. The accommodation is very pleasant especially when you have a dog 🐕(the garden is fenced and secure). No parking worries, you can park inside. We highly recommend her accommodation if you're in the area!

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Every generation will find something like this. A big thank you for this wonderful stay, with a special mention at the Edgar and Alfred concierge. Jean-Christophe responded to all our requests both in advance and during the stay. A top welcome! We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice stay at La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is pleasant in its tropical landscape. The swimming pool and the steam room delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we could not enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'll be happy to come back and stay here!

We enjoyed Bruno's accommodation, which is functional, well located and good for the few days we spent on the island of Oleron. We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

We consider ourselves to be among the lucky ones who have had the opportunity to rent Denis' house and how can we not agree with the previous comments? - The first contact with Denis was by phone and we already felt that it was going to match because the friendliness was already felt, then it was the physical welcome with a smile, the attention to detail to present in depth each feature of each room and equipment. We were able to see during our stay the responsiveness and availability of Denis and always with the concern to satisfy us. - The house, what to say, the volume, the cleanliness, the functionality everywhere, the kitchen equipment in abundance. We took full advantage of the outdoor space in the shade of the magnolia (36°) and also thanks to the barbecue and outdoor kitchen available to us.
