The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

This house is in a very good location, close to the viaduct, in a quiet area. The entrance is through the kitchen and there is on the ground floor the living room, toilet and bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a toilet, then at the end of the hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, and finally a shower room. Pile what suited our needs. Amélie is an attentive, responsive and attentive host, it was a great pleasure to connect with her. Its decoration is charming, it was able to infuse character and island charm. Thank you Amélie!

Very nice stay, very clean , well-equipped and well-arranged accommodation. It felt good there. The small relaxation area and dining outside by the forest is lovely. Forest walks nearby also great!

Heavenly place a few steps from the ocean! A peaceful haven in a small, very pleasant, functional, well-equipped house that stays cool in hot weather: a real joy! Beautiful little apartment close to everything and especially quiet! Noémie was very available and very accommodating on our arrival and departure. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and we felt comfortable there immediately. Ideal for romantic weekends, we highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back!

Sophie's place is great for a few peaceful days. It is located just before the island of Oléron which is convenient enough to walk around. The place is very charming!

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

We had a very pleasant stay in the charming studio ideally located! Close to the beach, shops and the market square. Although very close to the heart of the village, the accommodation is extremely quiet! Cécile and Eric's welcome was perfect. They care about your well-being throughout the entire stay. We will return with great pleasure to this rental :-) We highly recommend this listing!

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
