A small house welcoming for holidays, in a very quiet area and closest to the island of Oléron where there are plenty of places and activities to discover. The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had a great vacation!

Great accommodation, in line with the photos, clean and spacious. Enjoy both the large spaces inside and the outdoors. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. I recommend it.

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

We were very positively surprised by this cozy and very tastefully furnished small house. The personal charm of the hostess was reflected in all the details. This small townhouse is super centrally located, 5 minutes to the daily market. Everything for feasting could be obtained there. It is quiet on site, you sleep great. We booked spontaneously and could not book longer, we would have liked to stay 😊

We had a great time with friends. The house is very well located between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

On the occasion of a weekend with a girlfriend in Royan, we booked the accommodation offered by Catherine, which completely met our expectations. We were greeted by Arthur, who is friendly and clear in his explanations. The accommodation is well thought out, very clean and very well equipped, which allowed us to feel comfortable quickly. The exterior is just as pleasant, with a swimming pool that is very popular for a refreshing break. We will gladly go back if we have a chance. We had a great stay in Jany's atypical accommodation. The accommodation is very spacious and very well located. Jany and Lolita are very welcoming. The large garage is really a plus for parking a large car. If you have a 2nd large car, there is a parking lot nearby that operates 24 hours a day. Access is nevertheless a little complicated because of the many one-way streets on one side and on the other side you need a map. If the opportunity arises, I will gladly return to this very well decorated accommodation. Thank you Jany and Lolita!

Spacious accommodation, very clean and beautifully decorated. The terrace is really very pleasant. Well located in the heart of St Denis d'Oléron to stroll and shop on a daily basis. Accommodation located just 5 minutes by bike from the beach and the port. Very good welcome by Marylène with good tips for discovering the surroundings. I would highly recommend it

We loved our stay at Erick’s home in La Rochelle - it was a great, central location and the amenities (including AC!) were incredible. They were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay and gave great recommendations.

Guillaume was the perfect host, and his property served our needs perfectly. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location close to the market and supermarket. Le Bois Plage is gorgeous. Guillaume responds promptly to all questions. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!
