Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. 90 m2 accommodation with 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a single bed in an alcove in the hallway, a bathroom with walk-in shower, large air-conditioned veranda and large garden. Linens provided. Paid parking 5 minutes' walk away. Exceptional location on the harbor, 100 m from the city center and 15 min walk to the beach. Peaceful haven although on the harbor with sea view and in the center. Pleasant and shaded garden. BBQ, outdoor garden table and lounge.

You can walk from the apartment to the heart of Cassis where there are all the shops, restaurants, bars and 150 meters from the 2 beaches. Renovated in March 2018, all comforts, large living room with dining area, master bedroom with large dressing room, fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower.

My place is close to everything, the views of the Portissol Bay are exceptional with the boat ballet in front of you. Restaurants, the beach, shops are nearby, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, lounging.

Beach Villa des Sablettes

L'appartement complètement neuf, au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa, est posé sur le sable, à 10 mètres des premières vagues. Les restaurants et le parc sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.
