Great place with close to downtown location. Matt was very responsive and accommodating. We had to adjust our dates twice, and he gladly accepted the change requests. Peaceful surroundings. Loved our stay here!

Fifi’s place is a comfortable, fully-equipped, and roomy studio with a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. No matter the time of day or situation, Fifi stays in touch with her guests to help them feel at home. The studio’s location is both safe and very convenient, within walking distance of a wide variety of places to eat, grocery stores, and the University of Washington. During your stay, make sure to visit the nearby Gas Works Park, with a phenomenal view of Lake Union and downtown Seattle. Would stay again anytime.

Loved this spot! It was totally accessible, clean, and had everything I needed. Just a 20 min walk from the adorable Ballard Ave, which I loved exploring. Sam had recommendations for me and guidebooks, which I appreciated even though I was primarily there for work. Parking spot made it 10/10.

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Went to Ballard to visit friends and work remotely for a week. Seeing as there are only two hotels in the Ballard area, Airbnb was the way to go. G's unit is perfect for one or two people to stay. The unit is within a short walking distance of so many things, including Trader Joe's and LA Fitness, and a 15-20 minute walk of everything Ballard has to offer in shopping, bars, and restaurants. The area is still being developed, but I always felt safe walking around at night. G was very helpful when there were minor issues with the air conditioning unit and was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage before check-in. A+!

This trip was the first we used Airbnb for, and we absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment and location were both beautiful. Jocelyn and Steve were incredibly helpful, friendly, and inviting. They made us feel right at home, were patient when we had questions, and even went out of their way to give us recommendations for our trip. Absolutely thoughtful hosts, and would love to stay here again on any future Seattle visits. Thank you for everything!

A few things to mention: there is a reason why the rating is 4.99. The place is great for those looking for a full unit. The location is nearly unbeatable as far as beauty, walkability, things nearby and and proximity to other locations (shopping, fitness, downtown). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I will note that my GPS pointed me to the wrong side of the street, so that is something one may need to consider.

If you want a quiet, walkable neighbor away from the noise and bustle of downtown, this is the flat for you! Julie is a super helpful host, and responded promptly to help resolve one issue (which wasn’t her fault!) even though she was away on vacation herself. The flat is spacious, comfortable, and had everything anyone could need. Thank you, Julie!!

Aesthetically pleasing, clean, cozy and perfect for our stay in Ballard!

From the time we arrived until we departed it was an extremely smooth process. They checked in just a few days after arriving to see if we needed anything, which was such a blessing because we did need extra towels.

My stay at Emily's was perfect! Clean, safe and comfy.

Adrienne’s place was the perfect little getaway for the two of us and our dog- charming, beautiful decor, comfortable, and such a peaceful spot close to Ballard and Golden Gardens. Very walkable neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen, and a place you could feel comfortable coming home to for a rest or spending all day. Highly recommend!

This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

The apartment was perfect for two people. While it is close to a busy street, 85th, the noise was minimal and easily taken care of by closing the window! Apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. We stayed about two weeks and were provided mid-stay cleaning which was terrific! Location is great- easily walked to stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

The views from Taylor’s patio are breathtaking. We loved sitting on the back patio and seeing Ballard Lock and Dam as well as the mountain range. The BNB is impeccable clean, well equipped for cooking, and quiet to relax/sleep/rejuvenate. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat. So many things to see and do within walking distance.

Exceptional hosts, we would happily return. Everything we needed in a very walkable, safe area— Ballard! Close to everything. Easy to navigate to. The AC in every room was an awesome Seattle luxury (most places don’t have AC). They provided all the essentials and then some, and had white towels and linens for us! Very clean overall, I do think some high used items such as floor rugs deserve to be replaced or have a nice deep clean. But to be clear the place was still very clean we weren’t uncomfortable at all. Finally I want to note that the washer/dryer combo was fairly small. I’d say you can only fit about one adult outfit in there and maybe a few random items. That was the only flaw as a family with a small baby that needed to do a lot do laundry. Great place overall!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Melissa’s place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to Pike Market. It was very clean and spacious. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions and give local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The waterfront walk was beautiful and flat. We were even able to listen to a show from our balcony! Some of our favorite activities were Starbucks Roastery, all the wonderful bakeries and Chihuly Glass Museum. Favorite restaurants were Chihuly Glass Garden restaurant, The Fishermans Restaurant and Conversations. would live to visit again!

One of the most comfortable places we've stayed in! It seemed like a lot of thought had been put into the organization of the kitchen and the guidebook, and things were labeled well. There was a nice bidet for the toilet, and I personally enjoyed the forest green aesthetic of the bathroom. Thank you Kevin, for a great week-long stay!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
