Wonderful weekend in Dwarsgracht, despite the rain We had a fantastic weekend in the cottage on the Dwarsgracht, despite the weather not always cooperating. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, and the location is beautiful — even with rain it is enjoyable in this area. What really made the stay special was Eva's hospitality. She was incredibly relaxed and open, even with our animal gang. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It's so nice when you come somewhere and find that you are not only tolerated, but really seen and appreciated. Thank you Eva, for your warmth and hospitality! We'd love to come back — hopefully with some more sun next time. 🌦️🐾

We were there with 5 adults and a dog and everything worked out great. And that the bicycles could also be stored in the shed was good. We would definitely book again!

This was the most beautiful spot we have stayed at. The location and surrounding were so peaceful. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.

Our stay at Eva's was all around beautiful! The accommodation was furnished with love and really cozy. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes, and to the train station in 15 minutes. We felt very comfortable!

The house is stunning, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are of a high standard. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real pleasure for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any questions, help, and recommendations at an exceptional level.

The house is in a great location, along the street that leads to the beach and a few minutes walk from the village and shops; it is bright and tastefully furnished; the interior spaces are very spacious, we have stayed there in three but it is suitable for more people; comfortable beds and good cleanliness; very large and well equipped kitchen; large manicured garden; a house full of charm and well inserted in the atmosphere of the island

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

Dear Monika, dear Dieter, Thank you for letting us spend a few unforgettable days in Norden in your beautiful apartment. From booking to check-out, you felt welcome at all times. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. The location in the residential area of Norden, however, the shopping facilities and the center are well accessible by bike or on foot. The location is excellent as a starting point for our bike tours, on the bicycles belonging to the apartment, to e.g. Greetsiel or Lütetsburg. Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment, is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. The location is ideal: you can be in Harlingen and Franeker in no time. Ympkje is an incredibly friendly and attentive host, who is always ready. We felt immediately welcome. An absolute must! --- Let me know if you want to change anything in terms of tone or length.

Great place to stay for 1 or 2 people. The ‘tuinhuis’ has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The place is jus a short stroll from the beautiful old inner city of Groningen, but the neighborhood itself is quite worthwhile as well.

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

We greatly enjoyed this stay. It is a beautiful cottage with fantastic views. Breakfast is perfect. Furthermore, we have also experienced the contact with Jitske as very pleasant. Tips: enjoy the bubbles in the jacuzzi, rent bikes to explore the area and take a walk through the Barefoot Path! We will definitely come back 😇

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

Jannie and Arnold were great hosts, Arnold met us when we drove in and showed us the house. They gave us tips for restaurants in the area and supplied is with everything we needed for our night stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, 10 minutes drive from Groningen. Would recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

Wonderful and nice central place to explore Schier. In the middle of the village, near the bus, restaurants, supermarket and cozy terraces. Cozily furnished and nice terrace at the front where you can watch the world pass a bit. Also very nice to be able to use the two basic but good quality bicycles. Adjustable saddle without tools in height. Recommended!

We had a great time in Femke's apartment! The apartment was as described. It is particularly great that the accommodation is flooded with light and thus looks very friendly and inviting! Femke was always available and was super and spontaneous in responding to our wishes. Thank you for everything! 🤩😊

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

A highly recommended accommodation with everything you need for a stay 😊 For the location, a bicycle is recommended, but it is also within walking distance if you have no problem walking about 15 minutes from the train station. The apartment offers plenty of space, is very clean and the kitchen offers everything you need! We will be happy to come back!
