Apartment holiday rentals in Lauterbrunnen

Annette and Luke’s Wengen apartment was the absolute perfect place to stay for our few days in the area. It was our favorite place in our 10 day adventure. Annette and Luke were lovely hosts- so attentive and responsive. They helped me find a local bakery for my husband’s birthday and were just generally very helpful. The apartment has everything we needed and was in a gorgeous location with a delightful little porch and grass space. Wengen is a dream and this apartment is a great place to stay!

My family stayed at Apartment Arven during summer. Location of apartment is great, the surrounding is beautiful with views of Staubbach Falls from all the rooms, and views of mountains from the balcony. Walkable distance to Staubbach Falls, Coop Supermarket and Lauterbrunnen train stations where we can easily get on to train towards Wengen, Kleine Scheidegg & Jungfrau, and also cable car towards Murren. Richard is very responsive whenever I have any questions or need any assistance. The check-in instructions and other important informations provided are clear. The house also had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone who wish to visit Switzerland to stay at Lauterbrunnen Apartment Arven.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Angelique’s chalet in Lauterbrunnen. The location was absolutely perfect—centrally located and offering stunning views from three different angles: the Staubbach Falls, the charming clock tower, and the beautiful street below. Before our arrival, Angelique informed us about an issue with the hot water in the kitchen due to a boiler leak. Despite this minor inconvenience, Angelique went above and beyond by kindly coming over to wash the dishes for us herself—a gesture we deeply appreciated! The chalet and its surroundings were so beautiful and comfortable that we found ourselves wishing we’d booked a longer stay. Thank you, Angelique, for your exceptional hospitality and kindness. Amazing stay here! Walkable to the Main Street but far enough away from the crowds that it feels calm and peaceful. Great view of the waterfall and church!

This air B and B was absolutely amazing and we are already planning our next trip to stay again. Fred and Emily were great hosts, a friendly welcome but never intrusive considering they live above. We had everything we needed and were impressed with what was provided, tea, coffee, cleaning products etc. The location was perfect, a few minutes drive to Interlaken but peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views of the mountains. A short walk to the lake and a minute walk to the bus stop. We arrived by car and had ample space to park which was important for us. The accommodation was spotless and perfectly matched descriptions. The only thing we didn't use was the small "pool" as this hadn't been set up and wasn't very private which was a shame but it didn't bother us and I'm sure if we had of asked, the hosts would have made this available. Overall we would 100% recommend and plan to stay again. Thank you Fred and Emily for a wonderful stay, we have fallen in love with Switzerland.

It was a super nice stay in the mountains. Quietly located, surrounded by nature. We were there by car and everything worked out and a parking space was also available. Here we really had the "Switzerland feeling"!

The best accommodation~ The view was really awesome at a reasonable and affordable price~ Doris and her husband visited in person and told us all the things we were curious about, so we had a good time without any difficulties~ It was cleaner and tidier than our house in Korea, so we had no difficulty staying there~ It has all the travel adapters, and you can use the washing machine and dryer unlimitedly for about 5 francs more. Grindewald Terminal was so close that it was just a stone's throw away, so I was able to go back and forth without any burden at all! It was so nice that I felt like I was at home in Switzerland when I left. It was sad that I couldn't spend a lot of time at the accommodation. It was nice that I didn't have to buy water because I could just drink the water! Everything was good without any downsides. However, unless it's very summer, Korean people may feel a little cold in bed, so it's a good idea to bring a travel electric blanket or a hot pack. If you don't bring it, the heating radiator is full and good, so you can replace it with that. I'll have to go again someday. I don't miss Switzerland as much, but I miss Doris's accommodation so much. Absolutely love the location and the views. Very peaceful to hear the cowbells and soak up the views on the patio. Lovely 15 minute walk to dinner at the dorint hotel restaurant and about an 8 minute walk to the bakery for breakfast. The host was super responsive and we are so glad we chose beatenburg over staying down in interlaken

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is lovely, with a clean and well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own breakfast and dinner. One of the highlights was the outdoor seating area being able to enjoy our home-cooked meals while taking in the beautiful view was such a treat. Roland and Martina were incredibly hospitable and kind, taking the time to share helpful tips on how to get around and what to see in the area. It’s about a 30-minute walk down to the station, but the walk itself is truly enjoyable. The scenery along the way is stunning every time we walked up or down, we were just blown away by the view. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

We stayed at Ula's Holiday Apartments for the second time. Again a really clean apartment and hospitality. We really recomend a stay at Ula's!

We loved staying at Denise’s beautiful home. The home itself and the surroundings were gorgeous. You can see the lake from the porch and mountains in every direction. Denise was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She helped us order dinner and gave us nice advice. Its very easy to get to the towns around the lake and we definitely recommend staying here!

Doro Und Jakob is so kind and there is no doubt that the apartment is the best Airbnb during the trip! Highly recommend!

Simply beautiful views from all angles. Lovely place and would stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. So close to everything with a rental car which we had. Gorgeous location, and view of the lake which is just down the street. Roger is a great host.

Six incredible days in the heart of the Diemitgen nature park, a perfect accommodation. Nicolai was always attentive and his mother Rosa was welcoming and kind. From the first moment, she gave us directions for activities and places to see, although the landscape that could be seen from the large window while having breakfast was the best show. It has been amazing and we hope to be back soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Beatrice’s place. Everything was super clean and I had everything I needed. Beatrice was also very friendly and the views were amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Grindelwald.

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

We appreciated Nicolas' kindness and responsiveness. Everything was easy and smooth during this stay. We were able to benefit from the parking space longer than expected, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is functional, nice decoration with linens. It's nice little touches. Note that there was, among other things, household paper, spices, dishwashing liquid and coffee capsules available. Thank you!
