Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lausanne District

We had a really great stay. We traveled with our little son and for him it was really optimal here. He was very lucky to be able to play with the children from the farm. Perfect for families. We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

A real gem in French-speaking Switzerland! ✨ I spent a magical night in this absolutely incredible place. The breathtaking view of the lake and the breathtaking sunsets made our dinner with friends simply unforgettable. The living room is spacious, bathed in light with the sun illuminating the dining table, a real joy. Upstairs, the rooms are decorated with great taste, everything was perfectly in place: linens, bathrobes, nothing was missing. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, ideal for preparing a delicious meal, even the ice cubes were ready, perfect for our refreshing drinks in the middle of summer! The jacuzzi, with a view of course, added a much appreciated touch of luxury. The welcome was perfect, communication with the owner was smooth and very pleasant. An exceptional stay from start to finish. I already want to go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The information on how to get there was easy to follow. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and tidy, the garden was nice. Off-road parking was a big help. The location is very quiet and peaceful. When we had difficulties getting the TV to work, Avo was very helpful.

Jocelyn and Jan’s home has a gorgeous view of Lac Leman, and the hosts are kind and responsive. The house is very clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The home location is very convenient, with multiple supermarkets and pharmacy just a few minutes drive away.

Very cool and quiet courtyard house near the station and quite some restaurants etc. small but np for 1 or 2 people. Easy and accommodating and accurate.

The apartment was just like in the photos – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and available. Great stay overall .

We stayed a month and felt right at home. The view is fantastic; bring your binoculars. Apartment is bright and spacious. There was never a wait for the elevator. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (except a microwave). We used the AC one night, and it kept things cool (nice to know if you stay in warmer months). Lutry is a charming town with friendly store owners. The host will show you a “secret door” in the garage that makes it easy to get to the street below, where you can catch a bus to Lausanne or walk into town. In addition to Old Town Lutry, we also enjoyed walks in the other direction along the waterfront to Pully. We found the parking space easy to use. You’ll have a great stay here - we did and were sad to leave.

The room is very comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable, the location is super awesome, close to the train station, coop supermarket, downstairs is the commercial street, the large terrace is simply perfect, I highly recommend it to everyone!Most importantly, smooth communication provided us with a lot of convenience!

This place was perfect for our two nights spent in Lausanne. The place is as pictured, spotlessly clean, and a short walk to the train, city centre and a supermarket. The apartment had a lovely view out the window, was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were extremely accomodating and purchased us two fans to cool down the apartment, which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend staying here!

We liked the modernity of Tali's accommodation and the location. Tali was super responsive when we had questions. The space is quiet and spacious. I would highly recommend this listing.

Stayed here for 1 night. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Can hear the upstairs neighbours sometimes but it wasn't obnoxious.

You will have a pleasant stay in Cris' property. Everything you need is in the apartment. Access to the train station and the metro station in 2 minutes on foot is a real plus. For a 3-4 day stay in Lausanne, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The stay at Zora's was very pleasant, the host is really responsive and flexible! We particularly enjoyed the layout of the apartment which is bright and pleasant for two people. Finally, the location was also ideal, close to the train station and points of interest in Lausanne.

Frederique was very friendly and helpful! Her instructions were good and her place was very clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy, with lots of seating inside, as well as outside. The beautiful backyard was peaceful and the area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

My favorite stay in all of Lavaux, with the best hosts - a travelers dream! I can’t wait to return!

Claudio's house was the ideal place for me and my friend, who wanted to be tourists in the center on our free days, but at the same time needed to get to the university quickly. The house is located in front of the bus stop (which takes you to the center in 2 minutes), a 10-minute walk from the center, and 10 minutes from the metro. In short, perfect for our needs! It is an old house, but perfectly modernized with all the comforts. Claudio is a very kind host, super helpful, he was in contact with us throughout the stay, always giving us great advice. And the icing on this beautiful cake is the wonderful view from the living room balcony: lake and mountains in the distance kept us company every night!

We stayed three nights at Coralies place and had a really good time at lake Geneva. Amazing view from the flat on the lake! The flat was perfect for families. Both of our kids had a bed there as well as toys. Thank you for having us.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Michel's. It's close to the university and good connections to the city by bus or metro. The home was clean and pretty. I loved my morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The terrace has modern equipped shades and covers even when it rains. It has a pretty view of the mountains and a sliver of the lake even in the lush of summer. Thank you!
