Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lausanne District

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Sohn gereist und für ihn war es hier wirklich optimal. Er hatte das große Glück mit den Kindern vom Hof spielen zu können. Also für Familien perfekt. Und auch wenn im Garten eine private Fete gefeiert wird, wird der Schlaf nicht gestört ;) Wir empfehlen eure Unterkunft gerne weiter und vielleicht bis bald! We have a perfect Holiday in clemence’s house!! We really felt at home, cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the place, there’s a lot of toys and activities for them don’t be bored 😂 I would say it was much more than I was expecting!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sula. La maison est très bien, et calme, très cosy avec les vaches dans le pré à côté 😉 Sula est très arrangeante, nous avons pu rester un peu plus longtemps, et partir en début d’après midi ! Vraiment très bien 🤩

Une véritable pépite en Suisse romande ! ✨ J’ai passé une nuit magique dans ce lieu absolument incroyable. La vue imprenable sur le lac et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle ont rendu notre dîner entre amis tout simplement inoubliable. Le salon est spacieux, baigné de lumière avec le soleil qui illumine la table à manger, un vrai bonheur. À l’étage, les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût, tout était parfaitement en place : linges, peignoirs, rien ne manquait. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, idéale pour préparer un délicieux repas, même les glaçons étaient prêts, parfaits pour nos boissons rafraîchissantes en plein été ! Le jacuzzi, avec vue bien sûr, a ajouté une touche de luxe très appréciée. L’accueil a été parfait, la communication avec le propriétaire fluide et très agréable. Un séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin. J’ai déjà envie d’y revenir !

We enjoyed our stay here. The information on how to get there was easy to follow. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and tidy, the garden was nice. Off-road parking was a big help. The location is very quiet and peaceful. When we had difficulties getting the TV to work, Avo was very helpful.

Jocelyn and Jan’s home has a gorgeous view of Lac Leman, and the hosts are kind and responsive. The house is very clean and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. The home location is very convenient, with multiple supermarkets and pharmacy just a few minutes drive away.

Logement idéalement situé. Charmante petite maison, bien que les équipements soient un peu anciens. La maison semblait ne pas avoir été louée récemment, comme le suggérait la cafetière contenant de l'eau stagnante. Cependant, l'emplacement et le charme de la maison compensent largement ces petits détails. Recommandée pour deux personnes.

The apartment was just like in the photos – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and available. Great stay overall .

We stayed a month and felt right at home. The view is fantastic; bring your binoculars. Apartment is bright and spacious. There was never a wait for the elevator. Washer/dryer was easy to use. Kitchen had almost everything we needed (except a microwave). We used the AC one night, and it kept things cool (nice to know if you stay in warmer months). Lutry is a charming town with friendly store owners. The host will show you a “secret door” in the garage that makes it easy to get to the street below, where you can catch a bus to Lausanne or walk into town. In addition to Old Town Lutry, we also enjoyed walks in the other direction along the waterfront to Pully. We found the parking space easy to use. You’ll have a great stay here - we did and were sad to leave.

We had a very memorable stay at Chris’s place. It is a nice place to stay. Only one suggestion to future visitors- while reaching the place come by Bus 9 to St. Paul and while leaving come to Recordon bus stop and take bus 18, 7, and other buses. Best wishes.

Every instruction was clearly given. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. Everything was squeaky clean. Very calm and soothing room - colours, linen etc. Laundry and dryer, with ironing board is a great plus. Dedicated parking at the house. Money we'll spent and lovely host.

L'appartement se trouve à 2 pas de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. Il est fidèle aux photos et à la description. De plus, l'hôte est tres sympathique et arrangeant.

the unit was great inside and the location was perfect. I was able to figure out which building from photos on Airbnb (that was the only hiccup). I would go there again in a sec.

Frederique was very friendly and helpful! Her instructions were good and her place was very clean. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy, with lots of seating inside, as well as outside. The beautiful backyard was peaceful and the area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

My favorite stay in all of Lavaux, with the best hosts - a travelers dream! I can’t wait to return!

Casa di Claudio è stata il posto ideale per me e la mia amica che volevamo fare le turiste in centro nei giorni liberi, ma avevamo allo stesso tempo bisogno di arrivare velocemente all'università. La casa si trova davanti alla fermata del pullman (che porta in centro in 2 minuti), a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e a 10 minuti dalla metro. Insomma perfetta per le nostre esigenze! È una casa antica, ma perfettamente ammodernata con tutte le comodità. Claudio è un host gentilissimo, super disponibile, è stato in contatto con noi durante tutta la permanenza, dandoci sempre ottimi consigli. E la ciliegina su questa bellissima torta è il meraviglioso panorama che si vede dal balcone del soggiorno: lago e montagne in lontananza ci hanno tenuto compagnia tutte le sere!

Appartement très bien équipé pour un séjour plus ou moins long. Les concierges étaient très gentils et disponibles en cas de besoin. Le parking disponible juste devant est un gros atout pour une ville comme Lausanne et la buanderie accessible gratuitement est un énorme plus. Nous recommandons cet emplacement à 100%.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Michel's. It's close to the university and good connections to the city by bus or metro. The home was clean and pretty. I loved my morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. The terrace has modern equipped shades and covers even when it rains. It has a pretty view of the mountains and a sliver of the lake even in the lush of summer. Thank you!
