The house is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and charming, character-filled interiors. It's located in a lovely and central area of Amsterdam, making it perfect for exploring the city. A big thank you to the host for the warm hospitality! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Just one note—while it wasn’t an issue for me, the staircase leading up to the apartment is quite steep and long, which might be a challenge for some. Other than that, everything was simply wonderful.

Great spot in a really fun neighborhood! Right by Ten Katemarkt, with tons of cool cafes, bars, and food options nearby. Super easy to get around the city from here — trams close by and lots within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Bright, cozy, and felt like home right away. Check-in was smooth and the host was easy to communicate with throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in Amsterdam perfectly located with a wonderful host! This apartment is sunny, bright, open and beautifully decorated. The communication with Sanmarie and Tiaan was friendly and easy. The two were very helpful and quick to reach at all times. In advance, you should be aware of the parking situation, but unfortunately this is a general problem in Amsterdam. Also, I would like to point out the steep entrance staircase and the four-story staircase typical of the Netherlands. Since people with mobility restrictions would reach their limits here, otherwise this should not be a problem for anyone. Check-in was hassle-free and easy. We were warmly welcomed with a small attention and were immediately delighted with the lovingly furnished apartment. The entire apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Since the two are still young in the Airbnb business and make their private apartment available here, I hope that the next guests will behave as respectfully and grateful as we do!

We loved our stay here! The location was excellent and the surroundings beautiful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Floor is a thoughtful host - she allowed us to check in a little early and ensured we were aware of potential interruptions to public transport on the day of our checkout.

Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

The place was very clean and there was everything necessary. If you have any questions or the like, the hostess was easy to contact and got back to you very promptly. The arrival went smoothly and the check-in was explained to us in detail in advance. After check-in, we were also personally welcomed by the hostess and all our questions were answered and tips for our time in Amsterdam were given. All in all, it was a great stay, where we felt very comfortable and welcome. We recommend the accommodation and Amsterdam again and again :)

Karin and Douwe are very accommodating hosts. They let us store our luggages in his home before and after checkin and checkout time. They are very responsive and always replied our messages immediately! The unit is in a quiet and convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the central station, about 30 minutes walk to museum district. The unit is very spacious too!

Great communication from the beginning, love the location is really close to museums and restaurants Bram and Merel also share a tourist guide for restaurants near by the area and principal museums, we had a graet vacation.

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

very comfortable, excellent location, furnished with everything you needed. A little bit to learn how to use TV, but got it figured out. Lots to do, right in the middle of everything, couldnt have found anything better. Enjoyed the whole week. Thank your offering your space for our vacation, very happy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The studio was perfect for the both of us. It was close by to transit, restaurants and grocery stores. It was located in a great location which was not too far away from main attractions. The studio was clean and looked like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam! Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We lived at Frank's place for 3 nights, everything was as described, clean and orderly! The checkin was really nice, easy and he was flexible with the time👌 Nothing else to say that this was a perfect place to stay if you are interested in seeing Amsterdam. And if you want to make food there and have a relaxing evening, you have everything you need. So i will say that you can have a relaxing and safe stay at Frank's place! 10/10⭐️

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
