The stay was Amazing and Relaxing. I loved the everything was close by . Place was better than expected . Pool was refreshing . Perfect spot for the summer. Ryan's communication went smooth.

Great host. Beautiful home but for our family, the pool stole our heart. House actually felt like a home. A lot of personal touches that made our stay complete.

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was everything we wanted, the listing is right on. We enjoy the house tremendously. The location is perfect for us and the view outback cannot be love the sunset. Our host our host Scott is a great host. I’m very accommodating. We are hoping to be able to stay again next year. We’d love this area. I would love where we stayed.

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

This was my family’s first time using Airbnb. It was a scary situation at first, but she made it very easy and this will not be my last time using this location.

Great location, very cozy home. plenty of Restaurants and Market's near by. liquor store is walking distance. family love the Jacuzzi. we are looking forward to stay here in future. Will most definitely referring our family and friends. Ruben is a great host!!!! Every time we reach out to ruben he replied within minutes. Ruben was very generous to even let us stay until 2pm check out time. Thank you Ruben for everything, much appreciated!!!

We had so much fun on our stay at the Zazueta river house ! 10/10 would definitely come back here again .

Celebrated my Daughters 18th Birthday here. Everyone had a great time and the view was absolutely beautiful! The internet wasn’t working but Dom was very responsive and compensated us for that. Had this been a trip where I had to work it would have been terrible but we were there for fun only, not being able to watch tv didn’t ruin our vacation. The house its self was perfect for us and overall Dom was a great host! We would recommend other people to stay and will stay again in the future if we want to stay at a beautiful place right on the water! Most of all my Daughter and her friends had a great time celebrating being 18!!

Clean very well kept house with very responsive host at a perfect location if you’re in Bullhead for the river also close to Casinos and restaurants. Will definitely re book for future trips.

Great, clean house with amenities easily accessible. Far away from everything enough where you can enjoy some peace and quiet, but can still run to the grocery store if you forgot something. Host was very communicative. Would stay again!

This is one of the cleanest Air Bnbs we have stayed at. Almost better than the house was Ryan’s communication and willingness to help when we had to arrange date due to unexpected bad weather. Ryan was helpful in finding out what would work best and was very accommodating. The welcome PDF was so helpful. The house was so clean and nice it was way better than choosing a hotel. With a beautiful view of Laughlin and great backyard for kids to play and swim this was well worth the price. We made so many memories and the kids loved the game room and room “with cow pictures”. It was the perfect vacation. Highly recommend and we hope to work with Ryan again on our next river trip.

We love this house. We have three more stays planned for 2025. And Jessica is amazing to work with. We have worked with many different hosts over the years and she's the best!

My family and I stayed about eight days, Bill was extremely accommodating. Gave us ample time for a late check out. Although a bit dated, the home is beautiful, spacious, and homie. only downside was the pool was not cleaned, and the grill was completely filthy, but with a little bit of love to the grill and a phone call to Bill who had a pool guy rush over to get it cleaned up. it was all good. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bullhead was our midway point between Las Vegas in the Grand Canyon and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Bill.

The home was very comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed my time here with my family very convent how close the casinos and river was from the home. This home very spacious and extremely neat the amenity was all there. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable staying at this home.

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to travel, and this was truly one of the better places I’ve stayed. It was easy to find, very clean, and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Lesli’s place was really awesome! My stay was peaceful and relaxing, quiet inside and out. The kitchen had everything I needed. I especially loved the air fryer. The bed was super comfy, and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, very safe. She had it well-stocked with necessities, snacks, etc. It was easy to find and get in. Would be no problem even in the dark. You have complete privacy! Lesli was available if you have any questions but is not intrusive in any way. Asks if you need anything, and is just a really awesome host. I’d definitely stay there again.
