Sie ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.  Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie die Heppenheimer Altstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. The apartment with 120 square meters: For 2-6 people. The apartment on 2 floors has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms with air conditioning. There is also the bathroom in the attic. On the 2nd floor there is a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table, a large sofa and a smart TV invite you to relax in the evening. When the weather is fair, the 20 square meter balcony with a large table and 6 chairs invites you to enjoy yourself.

This cozy apartment, with a special view over the Rhine valley to the Palatinate, is located between Heppenheim and Weinheim, on the beautiful mountain road in a secluded location. Here you can relax from everyday life, enjoy nature and the forest and unwind. Hiking trails start right by the house. The path to us is mainly used by agriculture and is single-lane. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. We stayed in this accommodation for 2 months and felt right at home! There is the possibility of parking near the house, the property is well cared for and cozy. The hosts were extremely understanding and kind in coming against our needs. Highly recommended!

A great apartment! Bernhard has thought of everything - charging cables in the bedroom, body option in the bathroom, lots of towels, plenty of tea and coffee facilities, and everything you need in the kitchen. He made us feel at home and it's a great place for exploring Weinheim and Hemsbach. 😊 thank you!
