The house has a huge garden, to relax or take a short walk through the coffee and banana trees. It is ideal as a starting point before climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, safari or local trips. It's a nice house, with good views of Kilimanjaro when it's clear weather. There is a lot of green around and Mama Agnes, who is also living next to the house, is very kind. The bedrooms are comfortable with your own toilet, shower and sink. It's nice to have breakfast and diner with the local family. I would best describe it as a homestay feeling, but still having the privacy of your own room. You can book the coffeetour and a hike to Materuni waterfall very easily. Consolata is easy to reach, and you can ask her any question.

Amazing stay. We felt at home and felt like part of the family. We shared meals and did our best to participate and be present in everyday life. We played with the children of the village, the young people from Evence's family took us by motorbike to discover the surroundings. Special mention for Evance who was available and attentive (before, during and after the stay) as well as her sister Dorice, who was very attentive and very kind. This stay was a break for us on our road trip, simplicity and humility. Thanks! We hope to be back sometime. Don't think about it, BOOK it!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage The property is new, and everything has been thoughtfully designed with a personal touch. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The host and the on-site staff are exceptional—they’re always ready to help and check in to ensure you have everything you need. The location is fantastic, right off a good road, making it easily accessible by any car. One of the highlights was being able to see elephants giraffes and zebras not too far off with help from the staff, we took a short drive to see other wildlife. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Mount Kilimanjaro each morning was an unforgettable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back again

Lucy's home is just perfect. Located in the quiet area of Shanti Town, kipepeo house is a real haven of peace. Lucy's garden is intoxicating, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and with plenty of storage. A cleaner is present and is simply adorable. Breakfast served every morning on the terrace allowed us a pleasant awakening. Communication with Lucy was quick, efficient. Lucy is a flexible, kind, present mama who takes care of us as if we were family. We were so good that we are sad to leave such a beautiful place. Thanks Lucy, thank you Dada.
