This place was a real gem. Very clean and a good location. Sharon was a great host and was very welcoming and flexible. She accommodated us at the last minute and gave us a same day reservation. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. It is such a cute area with multiple pools, places to walk around, food to eat, and the sand bar with live music was very fun. This was a perfect and quiet little getaway for my boyfriend and I. We walked the marina multiple times, kayaked, and hung out by the pool. The neighbors are nice people and it is a very cute area! Super swift and easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend!!

Harbor Inn, Captain’s Quarters was a great get away. Wonderful host and nice home. Great waterside community with close proximity to great bars and restaurants!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with lovely views of the river. Everything we needed was provided and we liked the layout of the house. Regarding sleeping accommodations, there are beds for 6 people (2 queens with twin bunks above each) and additional sleeping options are provided via a pull-out sofa and 2 futons.

Needed a last min place and Scott accommodated us, we really appreciate how responsive and welcoming he is. Truly appreciate the last min help!!

Great stay! Very roomy and clean house

The home was missing a few necessities but the owner was responsive and brought the items within the hour.

We enjoyed our stay in Eluvinda's apartment. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as described on the website

Tom was a great host! He was very responsive & attentive when we wanted to stay an extra night. The house felt like our home away from home. Very clean, very accessible & beds were very comfortable & everyone had enough space! The use of the garage was an added bonus! We will definitely be back again when we come visit my hometown! No more hotels! :-)

we could not stay due to a faulty hot water heater but Karen did everything to try to get it fixed so we had to leave but she refunded us our money right away. The home was very clean and smelled good and broke our hearts that we had to go else where since our bathroom at home was being remodeled. Great hostess in our opinion!!

My husband and I came into town for memorial day weekend with some family and friends. The house was beautiful and pristine. We were so close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. We were a short drive away from Starved Rock and Matthiessen state parks and got in lots of good hiking. Ruki was a great host. She was very was friendly and so responsive. If we're ever back in the future, we'll definitely stay here again!

Great little house! Thank you to Matt and Stephanie for making us feel at home while we travel for work. The neighborhood is quiet and Over all great communication from the host. Definitely worth the pricing and location!

Was an amazing house one of the best I have ever rented

Nice, for a quick stay the place came through. It is a time travel to a previous era, but it does the trick.

The location is fantastic for getting to both Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks. The place is spacious and set up very well. I especially enjoyed having the spice rack available to add enjoyment to my meals as well as the hot tub to ease my aching bones after hiking 12 miles.

We were so happy to have the fenced in yard for our pup. Elaine was very helpful with providing information about the area. She gave us treats for our dog, including a toy. We enjoyed the area and the state parks. The home is worn but very clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Elaine's place for a girls hiking trip. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quit and peaceful. The location was just a short drive to Starved Rock State Park. The beds were comfortable after a day of exploring. The private backyard was very nice. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

Great location in Ottawa, short drives to Buffalo Rock and Starved Rock state parks. The themed rooms were so much fun for our whole family!

It was such a beautiful, comfortable, and impressive place. The house had everything we might possibly want or need. My friends and I had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again to re-energize.
