At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This will incur in guests being evicted from the apartment, no matter what time it is Only 2 people can use lift at a time. A beautiful penthouse apartment situated in the historic center of Madrid. We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always cared for it with pampering, it is an oasis in the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the Retreat, the real lung of the city, Atocha Station (AVE, Proximity Metro) and the best museums: Prado, Reina Sofia ,Thyssen... The apartment has: spacious living/dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
