Maria Teresa has been very attentive and charming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. An extra point is all the free parking in the vicinity, parking, bars, pharmacy, etc. The bed is very comfortable. We will definitely return.

I spent very beautiful days

We only stayed one night because we were going to a concert outside, but we would have stayed longer. The loft is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. You feel right at home. Mar and Mateus have always been attentive to our messages, answering quickly and kindly. Very easy to get to by taxi or if you have your own car. The area is quiet and the location is perfect. It's about 15 minutes by car from the center, so if you're going to do sightseeing in that area, I don't recommend it. If you visit on your own and have your own car, it is ideal, especially if you want peace and quiet. Thank you for everything Mar and Mateus, we hope to return at some other time :)

Warm welcome in French. Thomas is friendly and available. The studio corresponds to the description given. Air conditioning, TV and washing machine Clean and well-equipped studio. Very close bus line to get to the center of Madrid with bus and metro connections. Quiet location and parking in the property. We recommend.

The room is clean and tidy, and the best part is a small garden.

From the beginning Silvia was super attentive and helpful. The house was very cute and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped (also left us several drinks in the fridge, it was a great detail) and the bed was super comfortable. Also there were several very cool board games and we enjoyed a lot. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Julio was very helpful, kind and gives me great tips to enjoy my days. The place was very comfy but needs an AC. I love the neighborhood so much. Everything was close to us "metro station, bus station, Lidl supermarket and good cafeterias.

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location couldn't be better, right in the center but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk around the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and at the same time very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Very nice modern apartment in Madrid. On the first floor which is nice for getting bags up and down. Near the heart of Madrid with access to all the major transit lines to get around the city. Would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Mariola gave great instructions to get into the apartment. The space was perfect for us. And the later checkout was very nice. Definitely recommend.

I chose to stay in David's apartment for my graduation and it was an excellent decision. The place was impeccable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, extra blankets and cushions for comfort, as well as an iron and hangers, which is a very useful detail, and the kitchen has everything you need to do whatever you want. David was very attentive throughout my stay, always making sure I was comfortable. The location is ideal: close to subway and bus stops, and just a 15-minute walk from the Opera area, full of restaurants and lots of nightlife. Totally recommended.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice, very modern and very intimate, the only downside is that it's too modern... Duke is an excellent host.
