Holiday rentals with a patio in Las Salinas

Very comfortable and newly remodeled apartment, modern and very well equipped. Good location, supermarket, restaurant and beach 6 blocks away, easy to get around on foot. Even if you want to stay at home, they have games and platforms to entertain you. Excellent accommodation.

Beautiful dpto for up to four people. Very spacious, organized, with everything you need for the tourist. The building has amenities available to all who stay in it, such as pool, gym, game room, green spaces. A short walk from the beach and the Mall. No need to move the car. The area is safe, and at night very quiet, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. Excellent option to stay who looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in the most important shops in Chile. Fernanda, the host, always attentive to any inquiries, responding very quickly through email.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. It has a large balcony and a well-equipped kitchen, even with a washing machine. It's comfortable and everything works perfectly. The parking is also very comfortable, spacious and with space. As a plus, the building is very nice and the location is perfect for walking everywhere. Thank you Ernesto for your attention!

The most remarkable thing about the accommodation is, without a doubt, the location. If you go by car, it is very well connected to get around everywhere: near Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and other points of interest in the area. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. I went with two friends and it was excellent for us. In addition, communication with the host was very good, always attentive and clear. Highly recommended.

Everything is just as shown in the published images, a cozy place, close to the main attractions of Viña, the amenities they leave upon arrival are appreciated. I would recommend staying at this place to others.

The last night we cooked there since it has everything you need to do it. I would return a thousand times!

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Excellent house a few minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but it quietly makes you want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
