Beautiful dpto for up to four people. Very spacious, organized, with everything you need for the tourist. The building has amenities available to all who stay in it, such as pool, gym, game room, green spaces. A short walk from the beach and the Mall. No need to move the car. The area is safe, and at night very quiet, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. Excellent option to stay who looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in the most important shops in Chile. Fernanda, the host, always attentive to any inquiries, responding very quickly through email.

The spotless place, Paula responded timely, we were happy with our departure, we will definitely go again.

The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

The apartment is the same as what appears in the description and photos, very nice, comfortable and with a very good location. Fernando has always been very attentive and kind, from before we arrived until after our check out he was attentive to see if we needed anything. Totally recommended!

Excellent place, very clean, the building is close to important places such as supermarket, bus terminal and Barón station, in addition Alejandra always with very good disposition.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!

Since we arrived, the concierges were kind and explained how the common areas and parking lots worked. The apartment was impeccable, however, we found it a little cold. It has a heating stove but it is not enough for the whole apartment because it is very spacious. In autumn-winter, it is advisable to bring something extra to keep you warm. Jose Manuel is an excellent host!!

My stay at Casa Zeta was fantastic. It’s a hidden gem with stunning views of Reñaca and beautiful sunsets. The main house features a TV and game room, plus a large pool for relaxation. Hector kindly let me use his personal gym, which I really appreciated. He and his girlfriend were very welcoming. I’ll definitely return to Casa Zeta in the future.

I loved my stay at Be Nomad's: the building is great and there is a great atmosphere. The perfect place to meet people and visit Valparaíso!

Beautiful place, beautiful views, incredible pool, the house is more beautiful than its photos can show, ideal to go with children because of its large garden and areas to share, even the space is great for wedding parties, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, all in conversation with the host who is always willing to help to make the experience unique, Hector is a great person, we would definitely come back

It was the best stay I had in airbnb so far. Beautiful ocean view and Julio was really attentive and nice. Cute and always full if energy dog was also good company in the house. I highly recommend this place!

The house comfortably accommodated us all (5 kids and 10 adults), and the pool was a fantastic amenity. While we encountered a minor water issue, Ignacia promptly addressed it. The property itself is incredibly relaxing and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please note that there is an additional house on the property that can also be rented separately. Fortunately, no one rented it out during our stay, allowing us to fully enjoy the pool and surrounding areas without having to share :). The only suggestion I have is increasing the number of pots and pans available in the kitchen. While the rental cost was significant, it's reflective of the property's overall quality. Ignacia was an exceptional host, maintaining excellent communication throughout our stay and readily addressing any questions or concerns. The two German Shepherds that guard the property, are incredibly friendly and affectionate - and they were great with the kids!
