This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect for Families & Remote Workers! This was my second stay, and I truly love this place. The host, Enric, is fantastic—very responsive and attentive to every detail. The accommodation is spotless, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s quiet and exceptionally secure, which made it the perfect environment for my daughter to study for her final exams and for us to fully relax. David war immer für uns da.Sehr sympathischer Empfang. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse teilweise im Schatten von großen Platanen. Die alte Universität und das Geburtshaus von Cervantes sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Supermarkt Carrefour und eine Taxistation sind fast direkt vor der Tür. Alcala de Henares ist ein Insel der Ruhe im Vergeich zu Madrid. unvergesslich

This is the best apartment we have stayed at in Madrid. Two bedrooms, two baths in Madrid!! It is super-spacious, great kitchen, very nice terraces, comfortable beds, very close to metro station, lots of great restaurants very close. Felipe and Pilar explained every thing, and they were always very professional. Lavapiés is a very cool neighborhood. This wil be our apartment in Madrid from now on!

We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Una casa espectacular para pasar unos días con amigos o familia. Acondicionada para estar todos juntos y cómodos. Casa completamente acondicionada y muy amplia y zona de piscina muy chula. Repetiremos sin duda

El alojamiento de Cristina es incluso mejor de lo que se describe en las fotos. Ella fue siempre muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Es una casita independiente aneja a la suya, que transmite mucha sensación de hogar, autonomía y comodidad. Éramos 4 adultos y fue perfecto de espacio y comodidades. Sólo comentaría para futuros huéspedes que tiene unos techos y marcos de las puertas bajos, pero para nada es agobiante, de hecho tiene muchísima luz natural. Desde luego que si volvemos a esta zona noroeste de Madrid nos lo dejamos marcado en favoritos. Gracias Agustín!

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

Nos ha encantado la casa de Sergio y Ivan. Esta en una Zona muy tranquila y es perfecta para desconectar del día a día. Todo estaba como descrito en el perfil, así que estábamos muy a gusto. La Casa es grande y es apta para una vacaciones en Familia, por eso creo que volveré para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza al rededor. Muchas Gracias

La pasamos increíble, Leticia y Luis siempre estuvieron pendientes y el piso muy lindo y tranquilo.

El alojamiento es y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Es pequeño pero funcional, es perfecto para dos personas. La ubicación de la casa es estupenda, ya que tiene estaciones de bus y metro muy cernas. También hay bastantes supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías, etc. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro, por las noches no se oye ningún ruido. Fueron muy flexibles con la hora de llegada y eso para nosotros fue estupendo. Fueron muy amables en todo momento y nos dejaron el apartamento limpio, ordenado, con geles para la ducha, etc.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

La casa estaba impecable, el trato muy bueno, nos dejaron cafe, colacao y esenciales de una casa. La única pega es que se encuentra alejado de la ciudad y con el calor el cercanías o bus iba muy lleno, nos hemos apañado con taxis y ubers pero bien, el alojamiento es como en las fotos.

Hermoso departamento, muy bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila pero muy bien conectada con el transporte público. Mirelis fue muy amable en la bienvenida y pude ingresar más temprano, lo cual me vino muy bien. El departamento está muy bien equipado con televisión, aire acondicionado en dos ambientes y una cocina y baño muy completo. Lo recomiendo y volvería a elegirlo! Gracias por todo!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
