I had a fantastic stay here. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the train station for trips into Madrid. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing quick answers to any questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

From the first moment Elena was super communicative and very kind. The apartment was perfectly tidy and clean. He made us feel very comfortable. Also, this week there was a heat wave and he bought us a fan to make us more comfortable. Anyway, the apartment is very cool, so we were able to sleep comfortably. Thank you Elena!

The accommodation is perfect! Very clean, very good location and direct connection to two metro stations. John was directly accessible and greeted us personally. We would come again and again and recommend everyone to visit here!

Excellent apt in a great neighborhood, very walkable to sights. Elevator wonderful. Good restaurants close by. Wonderful feel of city center but quiet. Terrific apt.

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

Because the metro will suspend for a few months, the transportation is a little bit inconvenient from the airport and to the attractions. A great supermarket at the stone throw distance. And a great ham shop at the house door. The house is very clean. And with a big wardrobe. It’s very nice for the host offers to offer free wine and snack.

Cristina was very responsive to all queries and was very accommodating with check in and met us on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. A peaceful location, close to the metro and local cafes, bars and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.
