We spent a delightful 3 months in this beautiful condo! It is bright, with beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and surrounding area. It is well located to grocery shopping, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, etc. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and caring.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

siempre al pendiente, alojamiento sgradable, decoración de muy buen gusto, espacios cómodos, cocina agradable si es que re gusta cocinsr, espacios muy bien iluminados y ventilados naturalmente, estancia cómoda y reconfortante, recomendable para estadías largas y no solo cortas

Muy buen lugar. Lo positivos es.... muy bien ubicado, excelente vista. Cerca de todo. Fácil de llegar y confortable. Los únicos detalles que tuve, que son muy mínimos, es el acceso con la clave, el teclado no es muy preciso, batalle un poco para entrar ya que falla un poco. La puerta de la habitación principal y del baño no termina de cerrar bien, la madera está hinchada. Detalles mínimos pero corregibles. Fue una estancia agradable por el lugar y la ubicación, la comunicación es muy buena. Y la pase en calificación 9/10.

Excelente alojamiento; un lugar muy tranquilo y con muy buena ubicación; sobre todo de fácil acceso para personas que venimos de fueras.

La casa es tal cuál fotos, buena para viajes en familia o amigos, la zona tranquila, segura, 3 Habitaciónes amplias con closet, una King , una Queen y una Matrimonial camas super cómodas y los 2 baños completos modernos ,tiene de todo para prepar alimentos, garrafones con agua, incluso, sal, pimienta, aceite y azúcar. Te dejan varias Toallas para alberca grandes y de baño súper limpias. Tienen Juegos de mesa, Internet, Smart TV en la sala, a/a en sala y comedor, lo que permite en tiempo de calor, disfrutar de áreas comunes , además cada habitación también tiene su a/a y ventilador, un plus la alberca techada en el patio , privada 24hrs, si vas con niños puedes vigilarlos mientras cocinas o estas en comedor/sala platicando, sin asolearse directamente también cabe perfecto adultos para relajarte, con agua climatizada excelente la estancia, recomendable, volveremos. Gracias Paty y Yecenia hicieron con su casa nuestro fin, estupendo en familia.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Airbnb de Diego. El lugar estaba impecable, tal como se muestra en las fotos, y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La ubicación también fue ideal. Además, la comunicación con Diego fue perfecta: siempre atento, rápido para responder y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. ¡Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí!

We planned to stay a little over a week, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay. Luckily the place was available and didn’t have to move. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. The place was just as described, in a great location close to stores and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

El alojamiento simplemente es perfecto El único detalle que en lo personal veo, es que está un poco alejado de las playas "principales" (SI NO LLEVAS CARRO PROPIO, Y NO QUIERES UBER) fuera de todo eso, es un alojamiento simplemente perfecto y en definitiva volvería a tomar la estancia, también es más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos, los aires acondicionados son muy buenos, la privacidad entre las habitaciones y los baños son buenas, la piscina es de un tamaño muy bueno y cómodo, además de que al parecer tiene su propia calefacción, la cocina está mejor equipada que muchas cosas en CDMX jaja. las decoraciones y en general la arquitectura es muy buena. Los sillones y por supuesto las camas son muy cómodas para dormir y estar, las pantallas también son de tamaños adecuados Yo en lo particular, para casos en los que no haya transporte propio y evitar el uso de Uber o similares, agregaría una bicicleta para poder ir rápidamente por cosas pequeñas a tiendas cercanas Pero... 10/10 🫶🏻

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and being such a wonderful host from the minute we booked to our last day in Mexico! We appreciate you so much!!! Five star experience without a doubt!!!

La casa super bien y el anfitrión muy amable todo de 10, lo que si quiero dejar claro es que si viajan por cuestiones de trabajo Airbnb no es la opción ya que no facturan la parte correspondiente nunca me explicaron y jamás pude subir mi constancia fiscal para los impuestos, el anfitrión me facturo su parte pero la app la verdad es un fiasco no vuelvo a buscar alojamiento con Airbnb ya que termine pagando 4 mil pesos por no extender la factura, hablas y las personas que te atienden no saben absolutamente nada.

Es departamento está increíble para una pareja y cero ruido, me sentí como en casa

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

Un departamento increíble, le vista es preciosa y es muy cómodo, me llamo la atención la seguridad que tienen en el área de albercas e ingreso a la playa, realmente me sentí cómoda ya que fui de viaje con mi mejor amiga y nuestros hijos. está completamente equipado y céntrico. Me sentí en casa.

Our stay was great! Mariya was fast with responses and with helping us with any questions we had! Space was beautiful and Clean! Would recommend!!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

We had an amazing stay in this intimate, amenity-packed condo right in the heart of Zona Romantica. Security was top-notch, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. The space is open and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wraparound patio, and plenty of privacy with full blinds. We loved all the thoughtful touches—like the Nespresso with pods, steamer, jungle shower head, washer, plush memory foam bed, and handy extras like a beach bag, towels, and umbrellas. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It was so convenient to have elevator access and a unique room code, giving us peace of mind. We truly felt at home and enjoyed the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The location couldn't be better, just steps from amazing restaurants and nightlife. We highly recommend this place for a stylish and comfortable Zona Romantica getaway—you won’t be disappointed!
