Casa Abi, excellent location 25 minutes from the beach

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores around the corner from the house, self-service store 5 minutes away, shopping mall 10 minutes away, San Blas Beach 25 minutes away, park 5 minutes away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has a garage for a car with measurements (2.40 meters high, 4.80 meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to the university (UBC) and Tecnologico de Tepic. We are located just 10 minutes from factories such as Dräxlmaier and ATR.

With its grocery stores nearby at very affordable prices. We are located in the middle of several beaches. In the region's most picturesque village. If you like wilder adventures such as hiking or walking, we have the Boca de Chila beach with 7 km of sand and sea. Free beach for walking, ATVs on the beach, and camping
