Our Beach House has been designed for a large FAMILY: up to 14 occupants! and is thus equipped. It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two on the ground floor with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with a door and another two with a full bathroom on the upper floor. The living room kitchen is integrated in a large environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose both sun or shade, breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

This single room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom, with a divine shower. Terrace with separate grill for barbecues. It has a king size double bed or we can prepare it with two single sommiers. It is located on the first floor by staircase (short stretch with railing). This peaceful off-grid apartment is surrounded by nature located just 500m from Playa Los Coloradas and a 5 minute drive from Las Grutas town center. The perfect place to get away. Equipped with plenty places to relax: the balcony, rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, or you can cool off by the pool. Theres trail that goes out to the beach in-front only a 4 minute walk away. The night sky is absolutely breathtaking.

You have a small private patio with a grill, separate entrance, beach games, bedding, towels. There are also small welcome gifts for breakfast, mineral water. This rugged place allows you to enjoy its warm waters and the Patagonian Sea like never before. It is a beautiful house, with a big terrace in the upper floor. In a quite neibordhood. You can relax with the see view and also enjoy outside cooking a classic Argentinean barbecue in our big grill. The house is for 5 persons, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and a pool. Full kitchen with washing machine. The beach and downtown is nearby the house.
