Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Grutas

The Dept. de Ethel has all the services for a comfortable stay, in addition to a privileged location facing the sea, in a quiet area a 10-minute walk from the center, in addition Ethel received us in a hospitable way and was always attentive to our comfort, providing us with very useful local recommendations, without a doubt we recommend it.

The complex where the accommodation is located is very well, has a pool and five. Recreation spaces and it is very well kept. The monoenvironment/apartment is also excellent, comes with everything you need to stay for several days. It is highly recommended.

It is a beautiful place by the sea. The apartment is ''next to the Ocean,'' and it is also in the middle of downtown, surrounded by small boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. One can hear the soothing sound of the sea waves, and watch the sandy beach and the beautiful sunrise. This is where one can soothe one's soul, relax, fish, or enjoy a long walk on the beach. The beach is very scenic, a nice swimming spot. The apartment is an older one with all the charm of historical Argentina. The host is very responsive and attentive to our needs, and we appreciate the warm welcome. The apartment is excellent value. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. It was wonderful, we had a wonderful time in the house. The way to the beach was fast and good, you could also get to the city quickly by car. Nevertheless, it was very quiet. Caroline was always quick to reach and took great care of everything. Even on holidays. We would come back.

The house is very nice, nice nice and homely decor. Very close walking to a quiet and extensive beach. Ideal for walking and relaxing. It's about 15 blocks from downtown and busy beaches. The nearest warehouse is approximately 7 blocks away and is quite complete. Keep in mind that electricity is with solar panels, and does not withstand hair dryers or iron. It wasn't an inconvenience. The sunrise looks amazing from the bedrooms, and the host is always attentive.

Gabriel consulted us during the stay if there was any inconvenience, gesture that is greatly appreciated. The house is very nice and cozy, it has many amenities for a family. The area is super quiet and very close to the sea and beautiful beaches, although the view from the terrace is the best! By day you can see the sea and at night an incredible amount of stars. Two things to note that are not very clear in the post: the electrical power has some faults, sometimes when plugging in a cell phone charger the light will be cut off throughout the house; and the other is that the path from Las Grutas to the house is not in the best condition and you should be careful, especially if it rains.

The house is very comfortable and just as seen in the photos. Everything very clean. The location is excellent. Cecilia welcomed us very well, gave us advice to take advantage of the stay in Las Grutas and was very attentive to resolve problems during the stay.

The house is beautiful, details that make it cozy and comfortable . Very well equipped kitchen with necessary crockery and utensils. Very nice natural environment, although the pool area is shared , the grill and exterior space is very well armed. About 500 meters from the dreamy beach, easy access . I recommend it! A very spacious place, it is not central but in the caves everything is close. Parking for cars, a large balcony with a grill. Very nice place.

The best view of my life. It's so beautiful to see the sea at all hours from your dining room window. Apartte serves to take advantage of the best time to go to the beach of the day, since in Las Grutas, the tide conditions the schedule to be able to go, and having the sea in front, you did not miss a moment of being on the water, because as soon as the tide went up, you crossed to get in! Beautiful apartment and excellent location. Keep in mind that if you go without a car, you'll probably have to take a bus to the center (if you're interested in going, because with the sea in front of you, you don't feel like going to the city). Keep in mind that taxis usually cost around $280.

Everything was great

Marta was very willing to our arrival and departure. Very flexible with schedules! We were 4 family friends, we rented 4 apartments. The property has 8 apartments. It is ideal for children, it is fenced, with grass and fireplaces at the bottom of the external patio. I recommend the apartments above, the view is better. The sea is very easy to access and the area is very quiet. Marta and her team considered that as I made them rent to my friends there, they left me 1 night for free! Very friendly, I recommend the place to summer!

Very good experience, very nice place, the sunrises in that place are impactful, the apartment is very well located and correct with all its equipment and state of conservation, nothing is missing. It is in a quiet place and without excess people, which is what we were looking for. The super correct and attentive hostess.
