Our Beach House has been designed for a large FAMILY: up to 14 occupants! and is thus equipped. It is ideal for two FAMILIES as the bedrooms are grouped two on the ground floor with a full bathroom, integrating a suite with a door and another two with a full bathroom on the upper floor. The living room kitchen is integrated in a large environment with two expansion terraces that allow you to choose both sun or shade, breeze or wind protection, where the rolling grill will be located.

This single room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom, with a divine shower. Terrace with separate grill for barbecues. It has a king size double bed or we can prepare it with two single sommiers. It is located on the first floor by staircase (short stretch with railing). The night sky is absolutely breathtaking.

It is a beautiful house, with a big terrace in the upper floor. In a quite neibordhood. You can relax with the see view and also enjoy outside cooking a classic Argentinean barbecue in our big grill. The house is for 5 persons, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and a pool. Full kitchen with washing machine. The beach and downtown is nearby the house.

Tiene dos estufas ( una bajo consumo en la cocina y una topo hogar en el living ) !
