Just a half block from the ocean making it a short walk to three local beaches - Grandview, Beacons, and South Carlsbad. Encinitas rated one of the Top 20 Best Surf Towns in the World by National Geographic. Enjoy a spacious, open living area with a full kitchen, dining area, and entertainment room. Large outdoor patio for dining al fresco surrounded by lush landscaping. Bedrooms have queen beds with luxurious sheets, TV, and sliding doors to the back yard, patio area. My two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Catalina sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and an incredible ocean view. I’ve nicknamed my place “Sense of Porpoise.” Dolphins, whales and other sea life are often spotted from my oceanfront patio. The villa is in a gated community called Hamilton Cove, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, rec room, tennis courts and a nine-hole put course. A six-person golf cart is included.
