we were two days in this apartment it was like being at home I had everything you need, the apartment is totally new and very clean, the only thing bad that being so central is almost impossible to park, but has the port parking at 5€ daily , very recommended

Very happy with the choice of the apartment! We went with three friends to enjoy the Canary Islands carnival and we were very well located, a 10-minute walk from downtown and where there was the carnival celebration and two blocks from the sea. Definitely if I come back I would choose it again

Tarina and Raúl's place is highly recommended to spend a few days in Las Palmas. The photos and description match the accommodation, which is very careful and has everything you need to spend a few days of vacation very close to Playa de las Canteras. The lack of parking was not an issue as Tarina gave us a lot of options and it was easy to find parking nearby. We also had some concern about the noise, being a central area and in carnivals, but we rested without a problem every night, not a noise. See you next time!

A highly recommended place if you are staying in Las Palmas, TOP location. Super comfortable, clean, cozy apartment... the hosts were wonderful from the start. Friendly, friendly and with incredible recommendations for visiting the best places and restaurants on the island. We will definitely repeat 100% if we return to Gran Canaria (hopefully soon).

Had wonderful holidays here. We originally booked Home2Book but found a huge roach in the kitchen hence booked this place (If you come across with their property, don’t book from them, their response was utterly disgusting, telling us that it’s normal to have roaches due to climate😬). We were glad that we found this place and switched over, this was much closer to a beach and restaurants. Super clean, modern and sleek interior design. Loved the place, the host was friendly too. Highly recommend :)

the apartment was just like the description, the perfect location and the communication with Anmery, fast and effective. All in general very good in general.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and we had a really good time, the house was clean and had every comfort, we immediately felt at home. The owner, who was very kind and helpful, also gave us more time to check out since we had a late return flight. The only flaw is that there is not much air circulating in the house as there is a small window at the entrance. Great value for money!

Very well equipped and very clean accommodation. Andres is very available and responsive, always attentive and answering questions quickly. The accommodation is well located close to Las Palmas and quiet, with facilities to park nearby. Thanks to Andres for hosting us and for her attention.

We spent two nights in the apartment, it is new and recently renovated. The owner was very friendly and explained the house to us and recommended several places to go. Very happy with the stay, the only thing to note is that there is construction work in the house next door, they woke us up every day.

Apartment 100% recommended. The place is perfect, it's close to everything : supermarket, beach, a very downtown place. The Airbnb is brand new and has all the necessary amenities. We spent a week in Gran Canaria and we would definitely choose this place again. The owners answered all our questions and were very polite and decisive.

Communication with Oliver the host was great from beginning to end. We were welcomed by Oliver who showed us how to work everything and answered any questions we had. We were able to book in early which was very much appreciated after a long journey. The studio was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen with all you need to cook at home should you want to (kitchen ware, herbs, spices & oils etc.) The drinking water system is a great help - no need to buy/carry water. The apartment also has a modern TV/internet set-up with many channels. There were beach towels & beach chairs should you wish to take a few steps over to the beach. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The main attraction to this apartment for us was the terraces, which did not disappoint!! Sun rise on one terrace and sun set on the other, meaning sunshine all day long, with plenty of shady areas too. Overall we had an wonderful relaxing time, thank you Oliver.

Fantastic stay here. The space we had to use was large and versatile, and the view from the roof terrace over the mountains and the sea were great whilst enjoying a glass of wine sat under covered seating area. Lots of local recommendations too for visits and eating out in the local area. Place was spotless when we arrived. Attention to detail was very good. George was extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. Situated in the centre of town you do hear some road noise from the roads below but this was a great time to people watch! Thanks for a brilliant stay!
