Beautiful semi-detached house, on one level with private garden and porch, perfect for romantic getaways, situated in a private and very quiet residential area. There are lots of common areas and a solar-panel heated pool. This apartment has been completely refurbished with a minimalist and modern style. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD 26" TV, and a large wardrobe. Living-room with a 42" LCD TV, home cinema (with option of connecting to a laptop) and a very comfortable sofa. It has an American-style fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower and ambient lighting throughout the house. Located in the south of Tenerife with 85% sunny days per year and an average temperature of 25º. 100 meters from the apartment there is a stunning inlet and natural pool, and about 2 kilometers from a protected natural area where you can go hiking, snorkeling, and swim with giant turtles!

If Playa Paraiso is your chosen destination, this is the place to stay. Absolutely spotless apartment. Everything you need is provided. Quiet pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Very responsive hosts. We didn't arrive until 10pm but were met by Lucinda who showed us around. We are already looking at dates for later this year to stay again. The best Airbnb I have stayed in. You'll do well to find better accommodation. Superb.

Ricardo’s apartment is excellent. Beautifully appointed and well maintained, we were very happy both with this and Ricardo himself. He is a very nice man and an excellent communicator. We had a few issues with building noise which was out of his control but he did his utmost to try and resolve them, even coming down personally. 10/10 for service and the human factor.

This place is absolutely perfect — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location is excellent. The nearby beach is beautiful and quieter compared to others in the area, with showers, cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. It’s ideal if you’re looking to relax locally. At the same time, it’s also a great base for exploring the island by car. Siam Park, Los Gigantes, Playa del Duque, and the bars in Las Américas are all just a 15-minute drive away. Masca is around 30 minutes. We always found parking right in front of the house without any issues. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with nice outdoor seating areas to enjoy the weather. The host was incredibly friendly and always available to help. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in a great location, there is a swimming pool, close to the beach,there is a parking lot, pleasant neighbors. We liked our stay in the apartment, a nice large terrace, a spacious apartment. The only thing I wanted to pay attention to was the dirty sofa in the living room. In general, we were satisfied with our stay in this apartment, I recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay at Alba house ,2weeks of peace and pure relaxation,it is a beautiful property,our only regret was the swimming pool is not heated other wise it was all absolutely fantastic,we will definitely return to this villa ,and the hosts could not have been more helpful. We would like to highlight the attention we received, as any inconvenience that arose was resolved as quickly as possible and they were always concerned that we were well and comfortable. A 10 for the hostess. In addition, the apartment was perfectly clean and very tidy. Decorado with good taste. In short, everything was great, if I return to Tenerife I would repeat in this apartment.
