Excellent place. We liked the house very much. Very spacious and quiet. First time I've visited and I'd like to return. Lino is a very good person, friendly and attentive at all times. He takes care of you wonderfully and is very attentive. I recommend the house and the services that Lino offers 100%. Thank you for everything, Lino. It was a great weekend.

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always attentive. They were always in communication to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the necessary amenities and requirements to be able to eat and have a great time. The house is definitely highly recommended.

We loved the stay and the accommodation, but our dogs loved it. We swim in the lagoon with them every day. We went to the beach, which is literally across the street. Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just as it is in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, Sara's excellent food preparation service, delicious cooking.

it is the second time staying in the Lourdes accommodation and there is no doubt that I would come back for a third time, the swimming pool very large for swimming and spending time as a family, the amenities of the house like billiards and soccer make you not want to leave the house, perfect for making a roast meat or going out to eat at the many restaurants that are close to the accommodation. Ideal for large families with large and en-suite rooms, all with air conditioning and places like the spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. Definitely one of the best houses in Acapulco

Everything was very good, we had bad weather and yet we were able to enjoy the stay because the house is so complete. There is a lot of commerce nearby, the area feels very quiet and safe.

The house is amazing, it has all the services in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. We were a large group and we were all very comfortable in the house. The living room is very spacious with good sound equipment, the pool has a very nice view of the sea, the pool water is super good, as the weather is hot in Acapulco, you feel it is super refreshing, in the upper part the play area is very cool, we could be there playing Ping pong with background music as it also has a TV The truth is, the house is very nice, the cleaning ladies are very kind and Ivan is always on the lookout for anything I recommend it 100%. I would definitely go again.

Everything was super good. Pepe was very attentive at all times, the SRA who is in the house is very helpful. the house is nice and clean, it met all expectations. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was simply spectacular. The house is beautiful, spacious, impeccable and with a view that leaves you breathless. Every corner is designed for rest and enjoyment: private pool, comfortable spaces, elegant decoration and all the comforts you can imagine. But what really made the difference was the attention and service, especially Chef Karina. Her seasoning is extraordinary: every meal was delicious, it was like being in a luxury restaurant... but in the comfort of the house! Mary Carmen is super attentive, I definitely recommend her 100%

Highly recommended, the attention is always timely, it is central, very close there are commercial shops as well as restaurants where you eat well, I would keep it as one of my options for future trips.
