Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Brisas

A very nice place, the building is still affected by the hurricane, but the location is excellent. Please, just change the mattress, it's in terrible condition and doesn't allow you to rest well.

Klaus is an excellent host! He🫶🏻 solves anything you ask and helps you with whatever you need! It was my first time in an Airbnb so I had several questions, which he answered. There was a remote missing from one of the TVs and we didn't even notice. He took the initiative and bought a new one. The next day it arrived, despite not needing it. I was surprised by the attention, kindness and in general the whole place It has all the basics, hot water 24/7 The view is spectacular and everything is close by! There was even a Starbucks on the corner The beach club, the pool, the restaurant and everything. I loved it, super comfortable, friendly staff and everything quiet. It's definitely worth it They are under repair, but that does not affect or bother the experience! Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely be back 🫶🏻💖

Excellent accommodation, incredible views, everything was wonderful. I had a somewhat unpleasant experience, which is not the responsibility of the hosts. On the last day of my stay, my family and I went into the pool at 8:00 am, however one of the condominium employees began to take photos without telling us anything. 10 minutes later another employee approached us to tell us that the access schedule was until 9 and that we had to leave. The fine for using the pool after hours is very high. I approached the reception to request a clarification and they told me that it was not really restricted but that it was because they had applied chemicals and it was at our own risk. Anyway, the long and expensive list of sanctions says that the rest schedule for chemicals is from 23:01 to 6:59 am. However, you can get in until 9. Take it into account. There are few places to eat and have fun outside. Suntory 7/10, Wahoo 9/10, transfers to other parts of the bay $100 c/taxi

Excellent place to visit Acapulco, I would definitely come back. The security part of the place let us park the car inside, so it turned out better than expected.

The place was spotless, exactly as in the photos, and very well located, it has several amenities. The bed was very comfortable and there was everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to our questions and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again. ¡Highly recommended!

Excellent experience, the house and the place look better in person than in photos, it is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy, Jorge was always attentive, gave us recommendations and the staff who work there are also always attentive and friendly. It's a great place to travel with pets.

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just as it is in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, Sara's excellent food preparation service, delicious cooking.

Very good experience! Marina was always very attentive and kind. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is in a very convenient location. It has access to a public beach, across the street there is a Walmart and there are many places nearby to eat. Marina recommended places, including Mario Canario, which although it is 30 minutes away, is totally worth it! P.S. Friends, come to Acapulco, Acapulco needs us to get back on our feet 100%!

Access is easy, the pool and all the spaces that the apartment has are spacious and clean, in the surroundings you will find everything you need to have a more pleasant environment. The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the common areas of the condominium. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
