Excellent PH, comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home, it has an incredible Roof Garden, I highly recommend it. Porfirio was always attentive, excellent communication and availability.

Excellent in all aspects and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

Incredible place. I've stayed here twice, and it's always comfortable, safe and clean. Everything is perfect. The best thing is that you can enter with your dog. We love it :)

Great place to stay. There are two large pools that you can use until 11pm, there is a Chedraui and Plaza La Isla 5 minutes and 15 minutes from the beach. Oliver was on the lookout all the time, very kind and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back.

Esteban was always attentive to our questions, was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, and was attentive to the weather that was going to be affected by a hurricane. The apartment is as shown in the photos, even better! I highly recommend his apartment and Esteban, we would return without hesitation

It was a very pleasant stay despite the rain. We had a great time. The place is very nice, both the apartment and the beach club, and the host's service was excellent, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

The apartment is super nice, a few meters from the beach, just go down the stairs to have everything (pools and beach) a few meters away. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything so you can cook at ease, entertain yourself with the TV, board games. Good air conditioning, the facilities are super clean and there are several bars and restaurants within the complex to order.

Incredible apartment, everything new, very well organized and clean, exceeds expectations. The incredible condominium, beautiful pool, games, SPA and an incredible reception from the staff. Fernando was attentive the whole time. I definitely recommend it!!

Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment. Great place!! The apartment is super comfortable! The view of the pool is super nice, Jafet was super friendly and quick to answer. We had doubts about the air conditioning and Jafet went to the accommodation to explain how it worked!! That was a great touch. The beach club is a short walk away and is very nice and beautiful. In my opinion, it would be a plus if they had some drinking water when arriving at the accommodation and more kitchen utensils for those of us who cook a lot, but other than that, everything was fabulous!! It's worth a lot for the price!! There is a lot of security in the condominium and all the people are super friendly!! 100% recommended!!

The house has an excellent view, and has everything you need in terms of equipment. We had an amazing time. The two people who help with both general issues and the kitchen have an excellent attitude and help you with everything.

The house is incredible, very nice and cared for, with excellent facilities and security, the cleaning lady is very friendly and cooperative, the place is very private, safe and with beautiful green areas, very close to the beach and restaurants, very spacious bedrooms.

Our stay was simply spectacular. The house is beautiful, spacious, impeccable and with a view that leaves you breathless. Every corner is designed for rest and enjoyment: private pool, comfortable spaces, elegant decoration and all the comforts you can imagine. But what really made the difference was the attention and service, especially Chef Karina. Her seasoning is extraordinary: every meal was delicious, it was like being in a luxury restaurant... but in the comfort of the house! Mary Carmen is super attentive, I definitely recommend her 100%

The fractionation is beautiful and quiet, however the house is a little neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, in the bathrooms there were cobwebs, the canceleria was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having a pest of ants, especially in the kitchen. We were 6 people and the beds are 3 double, so without problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the pest of ants it would not be very comfortable. Also, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were already told they had already let them know before and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the installations.

The stay is a great experience, if you are looking for a quiet place to spend a few days as a family it is an excellent place, everything is very clean and with everything mentioned, however it has a strict internal regulation, consider that it has hours to make noise and warnings in case of non-compliance.

A very nice house, in a quiet area, the pool with warm water, ideal for children. Respectful environment, in general we were very happy. Thank you Alejandro!
