The apartment is in a perfect location for getting around Valdivia. Safe and quiet environment. Everything was perfect and highly recommended! The host is always attentive to any request. I recommend it 100%.

I went for work and the apartment was very well located, excellent for leaving quickly from Isla Teja. The accommodation is ideal for one person, although it works well for a couple on vacation. All descriptions are accurate. The bed and shower are great if you're a tall person.

I rented this space for some colleagues who were coming for a week. The stay was very pleasant, the place is very quiet, well located and nice. It has everything you need for a several day stay. All it needs is a coffee maker.

My family and our dogs are very grateful for her warm welcome, we felt very welcomed by her and comfortable in her home. The house was well-equipped, with more than you usually find in a normal accommodation. It's pretty inside. It has a good quality washer and dryer, which helped us as a family. The surroundings are peaceful. The details are that the parking entrance is a bit steep and narrow for the car, but nothing that can't be solved by entering carefully. And the place in general is away from the center, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. Largest home I've been in while in Chile. Well located. Felt totally safe. Modern and up-to-date. Clean, spacious, airy. There are gathering spaces on both levels of the house. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of privacy. We also loved that there was a washer/dryer combo that was available to use. The best thing though was the responsiveness of Laura to our questions about getting in, recommendations and then what to do on leaving. Thanks for a perfect stopping point in Valdivia.

The house is excellent, very nice and located in a good neighborhood surrounded by green areas and very quiet and quiet. Spectacular to travel with family or large groups, there are many beds and well distributed

The stay was very good and Lissete was always very attentive to our needs. Due to personal problems, we book with an hour and a half in advance and she had no problems even resolving ptoblemas that were presented for the promptness of renting. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and Valdivia is beautiful.

Great location! Nearby market where you can buy crab very cheaply! Go and see the sea lions and take a walk! There are also many restaurants and everything is within walking distance. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient!
