Mrs. Yeanette and her husband are very welcoming and excellent hosts, always attentive to us and our comfort, the house is as it appears in the photos and her dog is a love. The location is excellent with access to everything , very grateful for everything and 100% recommended..

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment is very nice and everything was impeccable and tidy! In addition, the location was excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, bars and beautiful parks. In turn, it is just a few steps from the southern university, so it is an ideal accommodation if you have to go to a course, congress, etc.

together with my wife we needed a quiet place well located and of excellent quality and in Renzo's apartment we found it. If you need this and more you find it with him, very friendly always ready to answer your questions and above all very human. we thank for this place and its beautiful facilities if you are one of the people who do not always have panoramas and likes of being at home is a perfect place, it has everything you need, together with my wife we feel literal at home. it is a place of 3 B.

Benjamin is very concerned and attentive. The building allows access from two streets (super good). The orientation of the apartment is towards Picarte Street (main street of Valdivia). If you are looking for rest, maybe you should evaluate it. The apartment is practically new, very clean, and has everything you need. The TV may have few channel options since the air antenna only allowed a low option of national channels.

We would definitely stay in this condo again !!!! It is extremely well equipped with a wonderfully done kitchen …..the dishes appliances etc are all great ! Beds are comfy and the view is beautiful and tranquil. Easy 15 min walk to many great restaurants and bars. Plus the host is wonderful and very responsive and helpful !! A great choice to stay in Valdivia

We had a great stay in the house. It is very nice, comfortable and perfect for a group of 6 people. It is located in Isla Teja, in a quiet sector and steps away from everything: supermarkets, cafes, museums and the center of Valdivia. The house is very well located, close to a park, supermarket and small businesses. It is easy to get to different destinations of interest within Valdivia from the house. Additionally, the house is very spacious and comfortable to accommodate an entire family. We went with my one-year-old son, my lady, my sister-in-law and her grandmother, and the house is very welcoming to be with the family. Highly recommended!

It is a 1st floor apartment very well located in Valdivia, new, with many amenities, 2 full bathrooms, spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Good quality beds and bedding. With good heating, secure indoor parking, with access control. Highly recommended for a stay in Valdivia, whether for one night or several days. The host is friendly.

The stay was very good and Lissete was always very attentive to our needs. Due to personal problems, we book with an hour and a half in advance and she had no problems even resolving ptoblemas that were presented for the promptness of renting. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and Valdivia is beautiful.

Catalina was an excellent host , she responded immediately to all our questions , very kind and polite . The apartment is a great location , close to everything , comfortable , clean , very nice and beautiful view of the city . If I go back to Valdivia , I would definitely go back to this apartment.

Great location! Nearby market where you can buy crab very cheaply! Go and see the sea lions and take a walk! There are also many restaurants and everything is within walking distance. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient!
