Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Larnaca

An apartment is in the old building on the main street,. The apartment itself is big, clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and very comfy beds. It can be a bit noisy but closing windows, keeps the noise out. It is 10 minutes walk from the old city , 10 minutes from big supermarket and close to coffee shops and restaurants. It is possible to park in the backyard . The apartment is full of small things that usually amiss like , for example sewing kit. Andreas was really nice and welcoming - met us one n the middle of the night and let is stay till late on the evening.

It was our first time visiting Cyprus. We fell in love with Larnaca and our accommodation played a big part of our holiday. I definitely recommend the host. Very responsive, flexible and understanding with our situation. The place was what it was described. It was clean and ready. The location was great, very close to all tourist spots and amenities. Air conditioning in each rooms and living room was very helpful when needed cooling down after sun exposure. We will definitely use them again…

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. They give clear instructions on finding them, it's sign posted clearly too. The house and pool area were bigger than expected from the photos, super clean, really comfortable and we were able to relax completely. Tony & Tracy have an entrance to their property from the same courtyard but you'll only see them when you need them. Very helpful, lovely couple. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or Tony also offers breakfast and dinner options. There were comfy areas to sit inside and outside, in shade or sun, and the pool, hot tub and sauna made our break really special. Thank you!!!

The apartment was actually more than what the pictures showed and quite comfortable with the best-stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in an AirBNB. There was a second shower upstairs which was great for a large family! Leyla even thought of adding lots of power converters as well as Cyprus doesn't use European-style converters. We had the most wonderful time staying at George’s place. It has such a lovely atmosphere and Tochni in general is beautiful. This is a great place for a large family, or a group of families or a group of friends. It’s spacious and offers a lot of independence due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great in terms of main attractions (beach, main walking strip, center). It’s close to a 24/7 Minimarket, 24/7 bakery (zorbas, not to be missed). Patrick is super quick with dealing with queries and super flexible to accommodate reasonable requests.

I think it is one of the best places to stay for people who like places outside of the town. Host is always very nice and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing and the house is very convenient. We found everything we needed. We recommend the place to everyone.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Loucas was a very welcoming host, we felt very good with him. The privacy was great throughout the stay. The surroundings of the apartment were not attractive, but I appreciate the nearby bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the sea. Thank you very much!

Very close to the center and Finikoudes . Sotiriya has everything in the house for washing dishes, washing , iron . Absolutely everything is there for a comfortable stay . Agrotis Supermarket 7 minutes , Metro 13 minutes walk . Large terrace . Sun-protected terrace . There is an elevator. A large set of dishes for baking and glasses for drinks . Linen is available . There are blankets and blankets to warm up on the balcony . Very good wi fi . The balcony is comfortable .

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment met expectations. We were in 10 people and we could easily fit. Very close to the sea and two beaches, nice promenade. Behind the apartment a well equipped supermarket Petros. Effortless street parking. Parking is also available. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator available. All rooms with air conditioning. There are 3 very large terraces, where you can easily sit and eat breakfast, even our entire team. The host responds to questions almost immediately. Lots of warm linens, super warm blankets, and towels. Overall, the apartment is well-equipped. The only thing I would advise is updating the photos of the apartment, because the ones available on Airbnb are from a good few years ago.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
