Holiday rentals with beach access in Larnaca

Nice place in 5 minute walk from the sea, one minute from the bus stop. Apartment had everything we needed and even there were some toys for the child. Price was affordable, so I absolutely recommend this apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Quiet sea access where we were mostly alone, great equipped kitchen (also with things like peeler and sharp knife, which are otherwise very rarely available), fly screen in front of 2 sliding doors so you could sleep with the window open, everything super clean and Efi answered every question very quickly and friendly

Everything is outstanding regarding Anja and her place - everything positive in reviews is very true. I'll just give couple of hints, especially for travelers on budget: - when one gets on LCA, to get on the bus to Larnaca, one needs to go upstairs couple of floors and then to get outside of the airport building - to get groceries, there is Super Discount Centre at walkable distance (500 m).

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

The location is unbeatable—literally just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made my mornings and evenings absolutely magical. What an amazing place to stay! The day usually starts with a brilliant sunrise as you rarely go through them. Overlooking the fields and the olive grove. A place where you relax and where you are connected to nature. The host's warmth and involvement was also special. We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

Christos and Maro were very accommodating and responsive and helpful with any queries I had during my stay. The house is pleasant place with a homely feel, it was clean and the hosts provided me with milk and eggs for my arrival which was very helpful as I arrived at 3am from my flight and wouldn't have had time to shop for breakfast. They also kindly brought around extra binbags when I needed them and some homegrown apricots which were delicious. Thank you.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

Great apartment right in the center of larnaca 1 minute walk from the beach. The host is very responsive and friendly we had a great stay, very recommended !

Comfortable accommodation, we visited with a 12-year-old boy on vacation. A central location near the beach and all the necessary services for the vacation were found within walking distance.
