Jack is an amazing host—responsive, kind, and always available whenever you need him. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. It’s a super cozy place with a great vibe, and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The location is unbeatable—literally just a five-minute walk to the beach, which made my mornings and evenings absolutely magical. Jack is not only a top-notch host but also just a genuinely wonderful person. I highly recommend staying at his place. You won’t regret it!

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

We had the most wonderful time staying at George’s place. It has such a lovely atmosphere and Tochni in general is beautiful. We loved having breakfast in the little courtyard, and it was great to lounge by the pool. George was a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Thank you for everything!

Supertolle Villa, wenn Du einen Mietwagen hast. Unsere Kinder und wir haben Pool, Whirlpool, Billardtisch und die Sauna geliebt. Der Garten mit einer wunderschönen Palme, Olivenbäumen, Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen und vielem mehr ist fantastisch. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Wat een geweldige plek om te verblijven! De dag begint meestal met een schitterende zonsopgang zoals je ze zelden meemaakt. Met zicht op de velden en de olijfgaard. Een plaats waar je tot rust komt en waar je verbonden bent met de natuur. Ook de warmte en de betrokkenheid van de host was bijzonder. Bedankt Elena, Taso, Andreas en Tonio voor jullie warme ontvangst, de vele reistips en leuke gesprekken. We hopen jullie nog te kunnen terugzien.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Tryfonas war absolut großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die liebevolle Ausstattung und die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Tryfonas war ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, Tryfonas!

a great stay in a beautiful village with wonderful people

The apartment was nice, we enjoyed the view from the window every day! Everything was close, we didn't even take a taxi from the airport and decided to have a pleasant 50 min walk instead. Just around the corner, there was a supermarket. In the neighbourhood you could find plenty of restaurants, the beach was close too, you could watch planes land which was rather fascinating. We had everything we needed in the apartment, coffee machine was great since we were working from home. The bathroom was rather small, especially if you are tall like my boyfriend, but nothing terrible :D I would recommend to stay at this apartment :)

We had a truly wonderful week in Larnaca. Hagop and his wife are the most charming and kind-hearted hosts you can imagine, welcoming us warmly late at night, giving great local tips, and always making sure we were comfortable. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay. The apartment is spotless, lovingly decorated, and perfectly located right by the beach, with cafés, restaurants, museums, and buses all around. We felt at home from the first moment. Thank you, Hagop and Marina, we’ll never forget you! :-)

Top Lage am gefühlten Privatstrand und grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon und aus dem Schlafzimmer auf das Meer. Perivolia, ein kleiner süßer Ort, ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Anna hat stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert.

Tolles Appartment mit Meerblick. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lediglich der Straßenlärm hat uns etwas gestört.

Alexandros' apartment was wonderful - spacious, sparkling clean, quiet and cozy. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioners were great and the location was perfect, a two-minute walk to Finikoudes Beach. Communication with the host was easy and simple, we always received a kind and pleasant response to every question. I highly recommend the apartment!

The place was great and as advertised. Polivios was helpful, responsive and let us check in the morning, which was very nice! Some reviews mention noise, and there was indeed some in the afternoon and evenings, but it didn't bother us at all - some live music from the cafe downstairs was actually nice to listen to. Overall we had a wonderful time in Cyprus and I can definitely recommend this place!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

Great place with a convenient location, just a short walk from the bus stop to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
