Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Laredo

A wonderful old cottage on the edge of Arredondo, lovingly renovated. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on a slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't interfere. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Perfect place, the house is great, everything worked perfectly, the heating, the dishwasher, the fireplace, everything as described. Very good cleanliness, there were sheets and towels for the 9 we were. There were games for the little ones and a place to walk with the dogs. A lovely view of the mountain. I give it a 10.

We had a very pleasant few days at Conchi's house!! The cottage is right next to the beach, an incredible location!!!Conchi is very kind and super nice. I recommend it 100%!! We'll be back

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and all top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very kind and attentive and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

Raquel’s place was a real home from home. Cosy, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Raquel was a very gracious host and let us check in a bit early. The apartments location is to the north of the city. About 30 minutes walk to the city centre if you are reasonably fit or you can take the bus. It’s very well located for the northern coast with beautiful scenery and beaches. Highly recommend the walk from Playa Maruca round the coast to the city centre, past the lighthouse and peninsula. Really beautiful. Would definitely stay again at Raquel’s place and would highly recommend.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely repeat at his house.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, great location equal distance to beaches and old town, lovely walks in every direction, it’s hilly but everywhere is! Only note is the terrace is on the front porch, quite pleasant and gets the sun but not secluded/private. Luis was a fantastic host and we would stay again.

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many possibilities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S.: if you go with kids (and, if not, also :-D), the beaches of Isla are another great point in favor!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. They are very attentive at all times.With parking in the door and garage. Very complete, looking forward to coming back.
