Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in L'Aquila

Il soggiorno da Lorenzo è stato davvero speciale! La casa è semplice ma non manca davvero niente (dalla macchina per l'espresso con capsule e zucchero alla piastra per capelli!). Il posto è tranquillo ed è l'ideale per chi cerca riposo. Lorenzo è davvero super disponibile non solo nel fornire indicazioni su negozi, locali, etc ... ma anche per esaudire richieste dell'ultimissimo momento! Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico (zona ZTL), la gentile Anna Sara ci ha fornito chiare indicazioni su dove parcheggiare e come raggiungere l'appartamento, una passeggiata di circa 3-400 metri , molto semplice. Si ha tutto a portata di mano , si è a due passi dalla via principale che attraversa il centro storico, quest'ultimo restaurato, pulito e ben tenuto. L'appartamento si sviluppa su 2 piani è di recente ristrutturazione, anche arredamento e infissi sono nuovi. Unico neo le 2 rampe di scale un po' ripide e strette, non adatte ad anziani o persone con problemi di mobilità. Per il resto è un ottimo appartamento, si compone di un piccolo salottino con divano e TV al primo piano, al secondo piano piccola cucina ma ben attrezzata con un bel balconcino esterno, ampio bagno con sanitari e doccia nuovi, cabina armadio e una comoda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto molto pulito e ben curato. Consigliato per un fine settimana dato il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a Corfinio, un paesino molto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. L’host è stato preciso e disponibile: ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate che hanno reso tutto più semplice fin dal nostro arrivo. Un grande punto a favore è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro amico a quattro zampe: abbiamo trovato cuscino, ciotole e giochi, un’attenzione davvero gradita! La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Consigliata a chi cerca un soggiorno sereno, con tutte le comodità e un tocco di attenzione in più per chi viaggia con animali.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Appartement très confortable, tranquille, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes autour. La présence de la chienne Elie est certainement un plus! Nous nous ennuyons déjà d’elle. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil, et les bonnes recommendations pour explorer les Abruzzes!

Caterina é un host fantastica. Attenta, premurosa e molto disponibile. L'appartamento molto pulito e Ben organizzato. Veramente una bellissima esperienza. Consiglio!

L'alloggio è molto ampio e confortevole. La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è composta da persone speciali e molto ospitali, in particolar modo nonno Giò. E' molto facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, sia a piedi che in auto anche perché di fronte alla stazione è presente un grande parcheggio gratuito. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dalla quale si può raggiungere facilmente i dintorni e organizzare delle piacevoli escursioni. Consigliatissimo!!! Grazie a Roberta e alla sua splendida famiglia!!!

Ottima esperienza, immobile delizioso, pulito e confortevole. Annalisa è stata impeccabile, sia per l’istruzioni chiare e sia per la disponibilità e la cordialità. Abbiamo passato due giorni in totale relax nel verde di Ovindoli. Consiglio assolutamente

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

bellissima struttura, tutto fedelmente corrispondente alle foto e descrizione dell'annuncio. É una piccola ma bellissima oasi rigenerante di tranquillità e bellezza , ottima per lasciarsi dietro le spalle ritmi frenetici e stress. Amelia e il compagno sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e mai invadenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Appartamento ben fatto e di recente ristrutturazione. Le camere sono ampie e ci si sta comodamente in 6 persone. La cucina è attrezzata con ogni cosa e i due bagni, pulitissimi, danno una mano in più per prepararsi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e l'autostrada è a pochi km di distanza. Consigliatissimo!!

Valerio è stato molto gentile, flessibile e responsivo. La casa ha corrisposto esattamente a quanto descritto.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Monica. Ihr Casa della Bellezza macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Zwischen Olivenbäumen lässt es sich perfekt entspannen. Monica ist eine tolle und gastfreundliche Person und und hat es an rein gar nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt🌞Außerdem hat die Umgebung einiges zu bieten. Seien es Wanderungen in den Nationalparks, Ausflüge an die Ostküste oder ein Tagestrip nach Rom. Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann noch einmal zu Monica in ihr kleines Paradies kommen können.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Muy bien ubicado el air B&B, con las coordenadas geográficas que manda la host se llega sin problema. Fue una estancia muy agradable y mis perros estuvieron seguros. Solo preguntar bien el costo por perro diario. Sin problema regreso

Beautiful cozy apartment. A walkable distance to the center with many great surrounding restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean with all the listed amenities and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Marco’s apartment. The location is about a 15-minute walk outside of the historic center, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and a comfortable place to rest between visits into town.

La casa è molto accogliente, con una bellissima vista e un bel giardino. A noi e ai nostri bimbi è piaciuta moltissimo perché immersa nella natura ma a 2 minuti dal paese con tutti i servizi. Calda e silenziosa, perfetta per il relax

L'INCANTO SUL LAGO é una casa vacanza fantastica per la posizione e per la cortesia della signora Chiara. Siamo stati accolti da amici e non da ospiti, cosa che ha reso la vacanza ancora più bella. La cura nei dettagli è stata gradita molto. Se potessi dare un voto, darei 30 e lode. Il posto sarebbe ideale per raccogliere le idee e scrivere racconti, fatte salve le distrazioni per il buon cibo e il buon vino. Ho lasciato la casa con un desiderio: ritornarci al più presto per rivivere le medesime emozioni e per arricchirmi di altri piaceri. Non si finisce mai di imparare e grazie alle belle persone, si ritorna più ricchi da ogni viaggio.
