This architect-designed cottage is located in Ulvotuinen, Soini. Here, time slows down and you feel like resting. The heated area is about 30 m², the sauna's IKI stove provides soft steam. Accommodation for four, plus a sofa bed, and a large terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes a Cardinal grill, smoker, barrel, boat and paddle board. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Welcome to a cozy fully renovated log cabin on the shore of Lappajärvi! The cottage has comfortable accommodations for eight people and three separate bedrooms for a pleasant night's sleep. The living room also has a sofa bed, and the cottage has a crib and high chair for our smallest guests. There is also an opportunity for multiplication in the sauna building, regardless of the weather. Linen at an additional cost of 20€/person! The hot tub can be booked for an entire vacation at a cost of 129e!

Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the archipelago and take in the views of a the harbor and traditional red boathouses.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Relax in a neat, spacious and modern holiday apartment by the lake. The balcony of this third-floor apartment overlooks a magnificent lake landscape. The sandy beach is located about 100 m away, where there is a beach cafe flea market. (in summer) There is a golf course (for a fee) and a tennis court (free of charge) nearby. You will also find a gym downstairs (free of charge) Barbecue hut and barbecue on the beach. Boat dock on the beach.

Close to the city, about four kilometers away. Beds can be found for six people and two can be accommodated on couches. Guests over eight will cost €40/person/night. Parking for two cars and a street for three. NOTE! the house is a dog farming!

The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.

We offer cottage accommodation in a rural environment by the beautiful and fishy lake Lappajärvi. There are 2 cottages for rent on the shore of our farm, each with its own yard area. The cottage has its own hard bottom, gently deepening beach, which is well suited for swimming. Guests can use a rowing boat and there is a gazebo with a gas grill in the yard.
